The Hillside Loft is in the heart of westside Bend! Walk 8-10 minutes to all the shops and restaurants on Newport Avenue. Bring your bike and roll just about anywhere on the westside! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you are only a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Newport Avenue. You will have the best of quiet living in the heart of the westside! This is an over the garage loft with no shared walls with the main home. It's entirely yours to enjoy with your own dedicated parking and private entry. Vaulted ceilings, modern appliances counters, and even a full kitchen for cooking!

The loft has modern climate control so you'll be the perfect temperature year round. Enjoy cozying up in front of the gas fireplace on chilly evenings. Mini split heat pump will provide A/C all summer long.

SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
The Hillside Loft is the ideal getaway home with everything you will need and more! There is a queen bed with fresh and crisp, high thread count sheets and duvet. Plenty of room for lounging in front of the big screen TV or curling up with a good book. The bathroom is clean and modern. You'll find a large and comfortable oversized stall shower (no tub) stocked with earth friendly soaps and shampoos. No laundry facilities here but there is laundry nearby on Galveston Avenue if you need them.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a private parking space leading to your own private front entry gated. Upstairs just off the kitchen is a 2nd floor balcony with dining for 2. The perfect spot to enjoy your summer meals. Back on the ground floor near your parking spot, there is locked gear storage available year-round! The perfect size for a few bikes, boogie boards and ski.

** This is a quiet residential neighborhood! A Stone's Throw Bungalow homes are not appropriate for noisy groups and quiet hours are enforced after 10pm **
