After asking the people to quiet down several times we finally called security at 3:30 am. They quieted down for a short while and we didn’t get to sleep until 5am. In the morning I went to the front desk to get some type of credit for the terrible experience! The woman at the desk just said there was nothing she would do and that we were just...

"My only complaint was that the beds were two small. My husband and two children (ages 12 and 16) stayed on two, twin beds. It would be better for any room that is to accommodate 4 people be furnished with Queen size beds."

"Plan on paying a resort fee, valet parking and high food prices. This is somewhat expected in Boston but everything was disorganized and the staff seemed very junior and inexperienced. The bartenders first ignored me, then gave me a lecture on the rules of working customers at the bar. Glad I brought my own bottle of wine."

"The only Hotel , well it’s not really a hotel, that does not even provide a plastic drinking cup in room. They are trying to be “hip” by providing an iPad to control lights, curtains, tv etc… but the is barely usable ( no not battery or low charge ) it’s outdated firmware. I would not go out of my way to stay here again. There are MUCH bettter options close by. Beware !"

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I’ve lived in the outskirts of Boston for 24 years and I’ve never heard of it but I was attending a conference at the Hynes convention center. It was one and a half block away. Parking was so easy right behind the brownstone I was staying . It could not have been more of a perfect experience! I will be back"
