"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. "Check-in was easy and as directed. It was great to have a parking space out back. I wish I had known that it was easier to get into the basement apartment from the back parking lot, rather than bringing everything in from the front door. It is a basement apartment with no outside light. Ceiling lights don’t work so you get the light from floor lamps. We were able to check in an hour early, but it was on a whim that I tried since I had emailed, messaged and tried calling the host multiple times...

"Excellent location for restaurants, shops, sightseeing. Lovely buzz around the area, with park & river close by to escape if necessary. Large lounge area to put your feet up between trips, and adequate glasses etc for drinks and nibbles between the treats at the bakeries and restaurants nearby."

"I had asked to see photos of the property after I reserved it since there were no pictures of Suite 11 available, but unfortunately I never received them. The photos that were on the website also didn’t seem to accurately reflect the room. The suite was incredibly small, which ultimately wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
We were also initially given the wrong code to access our room, though this was resolved quickly with a phone call.

"Did not advertise 6 flights of stairs to get to the room. No elevator, I'm 74 years old ! Provided necessary info just hours before my flight. No tissues, blanket, instructions on how to operate TV. Would not stay again,"
