"The room was not clean! The sheets where yellow, the shower was chips and had mold in the corners. When we told front desk they didn't try to move us. We checked out. The check in was sketchy. As a women I called a phone number because the front desk person was not there and he came out a hallway with another man. Luckily I was with my husband because the guy grunted and turned away. "The pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we booked here. Disappointing"

"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."

"Property was good but, when we got there we were told that they had recently changed their credit card system and our payment method that we used in our Expedia account was no longer legitimate. Something about a virtual credit card that would not work in their system because of the change and that we needed to contact Expedia to get a new one. We didn't think this was quite fair but we tried to contact them and could not connect with them. We had to pay for our room with a different credit...

"I had an overall good stay and the room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, but I would have liked to see healthier options like fresh fruit or Greek yogurt, as most of the choices were high in sugar. Overall, it worked for what I needed, but I did have to go elsewhere just to grab something as simple as a banana."
