"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. First of all, it is just across the road from the Qantas museum, and a short walk from the Stockman's Hall of Fame. The day we visited, the latter was closed because of the Longreach Show holiday, so we went there instead. I loved the "slab hut" we stayed in. "We had a lovely stay in one of the Binna Burra Skylodge studios. We loved everything except the cafe hours, which weren’t conducive to getting out on an early-morning walk (9am-3pm). If the hours were 8am-2pm, I think a lot of people would be happier. A boot wash station with running water would have been handy, too. We were thrilled to find lots of coffee options in our room and we had everything we needed amenity-wise to self-cater. The view was stunning! We can’t wait to stay again soon....

"Great to experience a night in the rainforest although not for the faint hearted! The sounds at night were a bit scary if you’re not used to it and a large branch or something fell onto our cabin and scared the life out of me! The heavy rain kept me awake most of the night as was very loud! I could not relax for fear of a tree falling but that’s just my anxiety as I’m sure it was quite safe!
