Welcome to Eden Caribe. This condo is the perfect spot for your tropical getaway. Located within n 6-minute walk from the beach, and a 5-minute walk from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and nightlife, this condo could not be in a better spot.

The space
Condo has large master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bath. Second bedroom has walk in closet. 2 full bathrooms in unit with large walk out patio from master bedroom. 1 BBQ area for guest and large pool. Free parking on property for guests. Living room is open concept to dining and kitchen area. TV in living room, cable and wifi included. Unit can sleep up to 6 guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything.

The open concept layout of the kitchen/dining / room / living room makes for a great space for entertaining. While the kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and dining needs, the great selection of close-by restaurants will likely limit the time you need to spend cooking!

Pro tip: Many local beach restaurants provide lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas with the purchase of food or beverage at no additional cost.

Note that we change decor periodically - Ex. linens, towels, pillows etc.

As with almost all rentals in Punta Cana, you will be charged for your electricity consumption in addition to your booking fees at checkout time. A $50 USD deposit is required up at check in. For most guests who are careful about their use, the estimated charge for electricity is under $100.00 per week for this unit. We recommend always turning off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment.

The condo is located in the town of El Cortecito, Bavaro, Punta Cana. It is less than a 20-minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport. On-site, parking is included. For long term rentals, additional cleaning fees may apply.
