Fabulous location. This is second line to the beach....but you would not know it...its the views you dream about! Second floor, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, with bonus maids room which houses bunk beds for extra little ones. Fully equipped. Plenty of room for large families or groups of friends. New to the rental market (June 2023) Fully equipped, fiber optic internet and smart TV's. Please note electric is charged separately. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Beautiful property . Beach great but sometimes hard to get a palapa unless you go before 10 am . Water filter machine wonderful . Dryer doesn’t work well for towels .. but Liz was so helpful and we truly enjoyed the views.. very safe lots of security ..

Property and host Liz were great! 2 min walk to private beach and restaurant. Just be aware that you will be billed for electricity use at the end.of your stay. We did not run thr AC because of that but all rooms have ceiling fans and a breeze was always blowing. Our electric bill was 35 paid upon checkout.

Wonderful view of the ocean and also the pool from the balcony. The unit is very bright with lots of windows and is furnished very attractively. The location of this unit is great for peace and quiet as it is further from the road. Loved having amenities such as a swim up bar, and a restaurant/bar on site. We never had any issues getting lounge chairs under an palapa on the beach, even when we didn’t go down until late morning. Also very pleased with the multiple choices of delicious restaurants within walking distance. No need for a car.

Everything from the apartment to our hostess was amazing. The apartment is beautiful and big, and Liz is an amazing hostess-manager. The only complaint I have is with Mother Nature. I had no idea there was a seaweed situation going on at this time of the year-even though I am native from the island, I live in the U.S. We could not go the beach and the sewage smell all over was awful. It defeated the main purpose of renting the place, really disappointing.. Next time I will do my research before traveling-D.R. Is not the only country affected. Luckily we at least enjoyed the beautiful pool.

Wowzers!

This home is absolutely beautiful adorable and in the best location ever. You are a minute away from the beach unfortunately modern nature has Sargasso on the beach, but it doesn’t take away from the beauty of the location. The pools are incredibly clean. There’s an adorable little snack shop on the beach. About four minute walk. Lots of restaurants and lively music. The most delicious pizza around the corner. Had a four minute walk ice cream at a six minute walk pharmacy and groceries within three minute walk absolutely incredible and Liz is so attentive informative kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Everything was absolutely perfect. The security system that they have is incredible. The best that I’ve seen. You feel so safe and free and do not have a care in the world. The home itself is huge. The showers everything is absolutely perfect. The rooms are ginormous. The living room is huge. The balcony is perfect. I can’t wait to come here again.

Spring Family getaway

Our family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay at playa Turquesa I-202.Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us. The view and access to the wonderful beach surpassed expectations. Water wasn't a concern as a water bubbler was one of many appliances and getting it refilled was as easy as sending a text. No worries about lugging plastic water bottles or jugs to the room which was a relief. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic family vacation

I was thrilled to return to this beautiful condo with my family, enjoying the stunning turquoise ocean and pool views from the balcony, which was just a short walk away. Being so close to the beach was fantastic; we loved relaxing under the palapas, floating in the warm ocean, and dining at the Probar beach restaurant. It was also nice to see that there wasn't a lot of seaweed in the water. We greatly appreciated Ronnie's eagerness to help us move the lounge chairs so we could find the perfect spot to enjoy the beach.The condo itself was very clean and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, including a BBQ, cast iron and nonstick pans, plenty of pots, ample dishware, glasses, Tupperware, and a fantastic dishwasher. The new washing machine and dryer were a wonderful bonus.The corner couch was perfect for all of us to relax together, and the internet and TVs worked well in both the living room and bedrooms. There were plenty of beach and bath towels available, which were very useful. The king and twin beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the ability to control the A/C in every room.We communicated wonderfully with our super host, Liz. She was very helpful, ensuring we had plenty of bottled water in the dispenser upon our arrival and propane for the BBQ.The location of the condo is perfect, within walking distance of amazing restaurants, a grocery store, and even a pharmacy. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back!

Our host Liz, did a wonderful job. We had a little trouble communicating through the VRBO app, but once we got that ironed out, everything was great! We will definitely come back in the future.

Christmas Punta Cana

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The beds comfortable, the kitchen well equipped & it was nice having a grill. The view was beautiful as advertised. Liz was super helpful with all our questions & even arranged for transportation for our son as his flight arrived at a different time than ours. Appreciated how she explained the electricity charges for the air conditioning. Liz gave good recommendations for restaurants

Great Stay - Great location

The property at Playa Turquesa was great. The condo was large and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We were literally steps from the beach. There were plenty of very nice restaurants just a 5- or 10-minute walk, there were also plenty of restaurants on the beach. The property was well maintained and there was a very large pool. There is also a pharmacy and small supermarket just outside the condo complex. Liz was amazing. She was very helpful answered all of our questions and is one of the best hosts ever. The only negative, and this has nothing to do with the condo is the seaweed on the beach some days were better than others. You can't control nature :). In conclusion we had a great stay and highly recommend I-202 at Playa Turquesa!!

Perfect place and location

Liz was a wonderful host! The condo was located close to the pool and beach and well stocked! The showers were the best and beds so comfy! The views of the beach front from both porches were beautiful. We loved hanging at the beach and pool bar, Eddie was our favorite bartender!! Located just outside the condo are many restaurants, a small well-stocked grocery store, and places to shop. We loved our stay so much!!!

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for my family of 8. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The water pressure was good and the hot water was perfect. The kids enjoyed all the extra water and sand toys, plus how close the pool and the beach were to our condo. The pool was super clean and we had so much fun swimming every day. Our family will definitely be coming back to stay here. FYI, yes electricity is a separate charge, but very affordable if you are smart with the AC. My family stayed 7 days & we payed 116 dollars. And Don’t be afraid to explore, the locals are super friendly.

Lovely place !

The condo was very well stacked; from beach toys to towels and bags and everything kitchen ! Liz was our managing host and she was able to accommodate just about everything for us, flight was delayed (another whole story..) and she gave us another day to make up for the loss! amazing! gorgeous views and amenities (pools and pool bar) quaint and secure (guards on duty 24/7) this is an exclusive area and we felt safe to let our kids roam around the complex. The Turquesa beach restaurant has really good food and drinks, super friendly and always there to tend your needs. Perfectly manicured lawns, I mean golf level trimming work, but don’t tee off there 😂. Thank you Liz for a wonderful experience!

Our unforgettable vacation in Punta Cana

From the beginning, Liz has been great with communication and helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to go for everyday things. She even was great at setting up transportation to and from the airport. The community is gated with guards and has security 24/7. Just out of her condo front gate were lots of food choices and a grocery store that has about anything you will need and can find at most grocery stores which was great since we cooked a lot. Also if you’re worried about what you will drink when you come, dont worry; she has a water dispenser that holds 5 gallon crystal drinking water and it’s only 2 dollars to get someone to deliver it to your door step. The condo was very spacious and very clean, also very nicely decorated. From her outside balcony you have a wonderful ocean view and view of the pool. We could have sat out there all day. Also she has about 10 to 12 beach towels provided for use which was great so you won’t need to bring that. Speaking of the beach there are dozens of tiki hut like umbrella things with lounge chairs. Liz has also put together a very informative book with lots of things to check out and restaurants that are recommended. One of our favorites was Noah. We had 5 adults and 3 children stay and we all loved it and felt that we had plenty of space. There are elevators so you won’t have to worry about stairs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Liz’s place and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it in the future.

Fabulous Condo and Amazing Location!!

Beautiful condo steps from the beach with gorgeous ocean views. Liz met us there when we arrived and was amazing with all of her knowledge of the area and her responsiveness to any questions we had while we were there. The condo is beautiful and in a great location near restaurants, bars, and activities! We walked to restaurants for dinner either on the beach or just outside the gates of the complex. And the onsite restaurant/bar is also wonderful. My family had lunch there almost every day. Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful place! Looking forward to planning another family vacation to come back here again!

A Real Pleasure ! Very Clean !

Our compliments to the owners and their administrator Liz. She was always available and responsive to our needs. The complex is well maintained, and well situated with an array of top-notch eateries and cafes within a few steps of the main gate. The entire apartment was comfortable with quality amenities. Tons of good quality towels, pots, pans plates and cutlery. The condo was absolutely clean and a pleasure to be in. The large terrace with its views of the pool and the ocean was a joy. A great place to sit and relax or remote work from. You can sea and hear the waves on the beach. Would we go back ? Yes, in a flash.

Family vacatiuon

What incredible views of the ocean from the balcony and bedrooms of this beautiful condo. Only steps to the beach with many palapa umbrellas! It was very clean with comfortable beds, new streaming T.V.’s in every bedroom, great wi-fi, lots of towels and everything one would need in the kitchen including a BBQ on the balcony. I loved the elevator to transport our golf clubs and that there are fans and separate a/c units in each room. The breeze was so nice that we didn’t need to use the a/c and it is a quiet location. We were happy to enjoy the opening night at the Playa Turquesa Restaurant with great food and drinks. We also enjoyed fantastic meals at the nearby restaurants, especially the Bruja. Liz is an amazing host, with great communication and so accessible if we had any questions. I will definitely stay at this fabulous condo again.

Best Condo

This was a beautiful condo. Beautiful view of the ocean and right at the beach. The location was awesome to restaurants and other beaches. It was perfect for my family. I would definitely stay here again and Liz was wonderful! She greeted us at the condo and if I had any questions she was easy to text.
