We recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet our expectations. The main reason we chose the hotel was because of the photos and descriptions online, which made it appear as a high-quality destination. However, the real experience was far from what was advertised.
Room & Service
The room itself and basic amenities were average, but the service was inconsistent and unprofessional. Room service was not attentive and came across as too casual. Additionally, the language barrier created repeated communication problems, making even simple requests unnecessarily difficult.
Food & Dining
One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the food. Although the property promotes multiple dining options and cuisines, the quality was very underwhelming. Aside from breakfast, the meals did not feel fresh—many items seemed reheated or prepared long in advance, with desserts especially tasting like they were several days old. The "all inclusive" concept also felt misleading, as there seemed to be conditions or limitations attached to a number of items and services. Overall, dining here did not match the promise or expectations of a quality resort experience.
Front Desk & Management
Our biggest dissatisfaction was with the front desk and supervisory staff. Service at the front desk was slow, disorganized, and at times dismissive. The impression we got was that having a “manager” or “supervisor” was more for show.
