Password was wrong and they had a hard time communicating what the password actually was. On their Password list at the front desk that I was told to take a picture of it, did not work and it took about a half an hour to sort that out. I was told to just come to the lobby if I wanted to use Internet and even if I was connected, it wouldn’t work in the room, and I was instructed to just go to the balcony to use the Internet. Managed to get it connected, but Internet is very sporadic and slow, constantly losing signal.
The room is extremely rundown. Bathroom is gross, everything is mounted in properly. TV is crooked on the wall. Pictures are crooked on the wall half inch gaps underneath the door where critters can come in.
But the biggest thing that I was concerned about was Security at night because the doors only have one lock and no deadbolt or security lock when you’re sleeping. I definitely wouldn’t stay here with a child.
No telephone.
No Lamps
Cleaning ladies woke me up knocking at my door at 8:55 am asking to clean room when checkout hadn’t even passed.
Air conditioning unit was almost directly above the bed.
Picture on the wall had broken glass in it.
The room had a small desk but no reachable electrical plug to plug in a laptop.
Fridge was unplugged when I got here and took a couple hours for it to get too cold.
No hot water after running it for ten minutes
The pool had a nasty shade of green instead of nice and clean
No cups, or coffee machine
Won’t go back!!!!!
