This beautiful property has 3 comfortably equipped rooms designed for your rest.

Master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Secondary bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom with the third bedroom.

Third bedroom with a queen-size bed, super comfortable and spacious for you.

A half bathroom or guest bathroom so they don't have to climb stairs in case of any sanitary need.

Large living room with TV, dining room and well-equipped kitchen.

A private pool of adequate size for your enjoyment without having to leave the property.

Guest access
You can use all areas within the property's space.

In addition to accessing the residential clubhouse and enjoying the large swimming pool, green area and sports area for your recreation and children's area.

A bracelet is required to enter the clubhouse. It will be placed on you at the Security Gate when you enter the residential complex on the day of your arrival.

This bracelet costs $3.00 per person and is included in the cost of your reservation.
Other things to note
To access the property, you will be assigned a unique code and it will be provided on the day of your arrival.

The pool has a power switch to operate the waterfall and bubbles, which is located in the breaker box near the refrigerator in the kitchen. You just have to turn up the only button you will find below that says JACUZZI.

There is a cleaning fee of $10 for using the barbecue. Payment is made in cash to the host at the property or through a payment request on Airbnb.

Electricity included in the 35 kWh reservation per night per property (In case of exceeding consumption at checkout, there is an additional cost per kWh of 0.60 USD)

Considerate use of the electricity service is recommended. If you are away from the property during the day, keep the air conditioning and lights off to save energy and avoid power outages during your stay.
