The Space

Located in the Cana Rock Star condominium, this duplex penthouse is on the fifth floor. Free parking, an elevator, and a private entrance make it easy to access.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a closet, and a TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV, and, of course, a spacious and relaxing rooftop terrace.

Wi-Fi (60 Mb) is available throughout the apartment, and there is central air conditioning.

Please note that electricity is not included. After booking, a charge of $20 USD per day will be applied.

In the condominium's common area, you can enjoy the "infinity" pools, sunbathe on the hammocks, or visit the Pool Bar, which offers a variety of drinks and snacks.

The Beach Club is only an 8-minute drive away, and you can access internal transportation within the complex for an additional fee. Access to the Beach Club requires a $35 USD consumable fee.

The proximity to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana ($) allows you to enjoy its amenities, including the casino.

We recommend checking the property upon arrival to ensure everything is in order and report any discrepancies.

ELECTRICITY:

Electricity is not included, and after booking, a charge of $20 USD per day will apply. The electricity payment must be settled before arrival.

The accommodation includes bottled drinking water, coffee, sugar, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Guests are responsible for replacing these items if used during the stay, but you do not need to replace them upon checkout. We recommend visiting a supermarket for any other basic needs before your arrival.

Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the apartment or missing items after your departure.
