Beautiful beach front condo located in the heart of cap Cana. Cap Cana is a beautiful town built inside Punta Cana. Enjoy resort style living without all of the restrictions. Beach and intracoastal front Shops and restaurants are located within walking or golf cart distance. This two bedroom condo has been well equipped with all of the best name brand quality furniture. You’ll get to experience this luxurious living at a fraction of the price. The luxurious beach front condo has a master bedroom with two queen beds a loft with two queen beds and a sofa that turns into a queen bed as well. All the furniture and appliances are luxurious name brands. No steps were skipped while putting this beautiful condo together. Most amenities as located right here in cap Cana and are all walking distance. We have a brand new 2021 club car golf cart that can be rented to get you around town with ease (limited availability book now!)
Beaches, Pools, waterfront restaurants and bars are all walking distance or golf cart distance.
We have driver who can be hired to get you around Punta Cana or to see other cities. He can also take you to one or more of the many excursions we have to offer. (Such as horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling boat tours, and much more)

The beach view was even better in person that the pictures suggested. Access to the pool and beach was simple and quick. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Excellent spot to stay

Our vacation stay was EXCELLENT. This condo was perfect, and exceeded our expectations by far. The pictures on the listing look very nice for sure, but it’s even better in person. Also location was breathtaking too, and view from the deck!! The deck is a lot bigger in person as well which aloud for our whole group to sit out and watch the sunset together. We had so much space, and not cramped at all. Jessica and Brian are super responsive. We never had a waiting period on their response turn around time. They both were so happy to help which was super appreciated. Highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back for sure!

A few hiccups, but good stay.

The property is located in a beautiful marina area that is very well taken care of. Great place to walk around, sit and relax, or explore in the golf cart (we rented one with this property). The apartment had a good view of the pool area a portion of the beach area. Beaches were very well kept and offered plenty of seating and huts. Water was calm and warm. The inside of the apartment was very well decorated and overall pretty clean. We did have to sweep the floors upon arrival, but not a big deal. Unfortunately the AC in the downstairs bedroom did not work the entire time we were there. The owner (Jessica) jumped on the issue right away and really tried to get it fixed. While she was working with contractors to fix it, the building was undergoing construction that caused ALL the AC units to stop working. We live in DR and are accustomed to the heat but we also don’t want to sleep in hot rooms. But, at the end of the day, there wasn’t anything the owners could do to rectify it (even though Jessica tried). We made the most of our time there by hitting up the Blue Lagoon and did a private snorkeling tour with our kids. Jessica set it all up for us, which was wonderful and super helpful! My kids LOVED the golf cart so we spent quite a bit of time riding around. Overall, we would return to that area.

Relaxation Bliss

This property was gorgeous. Cap Cana is very secure, quiet and low key. Exactly what this group of women were looking for. The private beach and pool were immaculate; there were lounge chairs readily available for use at no extra charge. Brian and Jessica went above and beyond when answering questions, arranging private Covid testing, making restaurant and excursion recommendations, securing private transportation for our group and fulfilling requests. Definitely utilize their golf cart to get around Cap Cana. Beautiful, relaxing holiday for us!

Awesome Condo

They were waiting for us at check in and it was perfect. They explained the condo amenities and we were greeted with a smile. The condo is in impeccable condition The pool and the beach outstanding. The host is very attentive
