"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. "Amazing breakfast and dinner with lots of variety which meant we didn’t have to eat fast food each night. Excellent service from all staff who went above and beyond during out stay.
Only thing i would comment on is the cleanliness as you leave the hotel from the back side to Al Haram this could be improved, huge contrast from front of hotel which is immaculate and clean"

"Meca is a place Where Many Hotels dont keep the standards, habían Said that, we found this hôtel at a very affordable price for 5 people. There was a bus shuttle to Haram but it only cuts 5-10 mins of walking. Its already quite close. You have souvenir shows a supermarket and buffet restaurant that I didnt use, all this inside the facilities. Then you also have sole restaurants around. Overall is very good. The biggest con i would say is that the gave us the room 24 at tower 1, and sleeping was horrible bécasse taxis were horning constantly all the night. Try to avoid these rollos for tour mental health. I guess not all rooms hace this issue. The other thing is that they were not aspiring the floor. We only stayed for 3 days, last day we really found things getting bad.
But as explained, ratio Quality price is Good! "
