"Very nice apartment. Well outfitted. Close to many restaurants , all price levels. Children upstairs were noisy but they quieted down around 9:00 pm. We enjoyed having room to spread out. I’d stay here again."

"This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf....

"I booked a 4 BR condo and upon arrival, it was actually 2 separate 2BR condos with one of those having the distinct smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I was offered another 2 2BR condos but elected to cancel the reservation with a full refund due to the resort not having the 4BR that is advertised."

"The outside of the building is kind of rough and the lights didn't work so was it was a little hard to find in the dark. I guess that is why there isn't a picture of the building on the listing but that would have helped us find it. That being said that wasn't a big deal to us. "We had to wipe down counters and bathrooms due to dust and insects were crawling on the walls and pillows of one bedroom. Otherwise the unit and stay was as expected."

"The unit is even better than the photos. The high ceilings and large windows give a spacious feel. We checked in on a Monday which was a day the "office" (music store downstairs) was closed but the communication was great and the check in went smoothly. The apartment faces a busy street so there was street noise. You can watch all the activity down below from the big windows. The bedroom doesn't have a window but it was cozy and the bed was comfy. "The amenities offered at the resort greatly added to our stay here. We played mini golf, swam in the pool and explored the beautiful grounds. We didn’t get to take advantage of the restaurant as we came early in the week and they were closed. Great location close to all you need in the Williamsburg area!"

"We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. We even made spaghetti the first night for dinner since we arrived later than planned.
