"The staff were incredible. We had a leak in our shower, it was fixed so fast. They were very nice, fun to talk to, and always willing to help. This hotel is an absolute gem in Paris. If you want to stay south of the River Seine stay here. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as cafes, restaurants, pharmacy,...etc. We are already planning our return next year, and we will definitely book the Rayz Eiffel Hotel."
