"The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. "We stayed here as we had a wedding in Troon. The property was immaculate. We were unaware it was a breakfast at tiffany’s theme but it was an excellent touch and a good discussion point at the wedding. Communication with the rentees was excellent and prompt. The property is situated just off the main street so walking into Prestwick was so easy. Would highly recommend this property."
