"It doesn’t have an elevator and since we have mobility issues, had to take the only room left on the first floor that had a ripped curtain that made it impossible to make the room totally dark and someone could peep into the room if the curtain moved from how we set it up. "Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast...

"I stayed here a few years ago and had good memories of it being clean and quiet. I don’t know what has happened since then because it is neither now. It was really loud, paper thin walls, and not kept up over the years. Also, I was offered late check out for free, but they still deactivated my room key at 11. "Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"
