"Otroligt fint boende och är omgivet av risfält och lugn men bara en kort biltur för att komma in till centrala Ubud. Villan är otroligt vacker och fräsch, poolen var underbar. Dom har även köksredskap om man känner för att tillaga frukost eller middag i villan. Jätte fin personal som varje dag frågar om man vill ha det städat och byta handdukar. Vi är jätte nöjda med vår vistelse här och kommer definitivt komma tillbaka. "

" Noisy. Checked in late and was hoping for a peaceful night’s sleep. No such luck. Families and children running around the corridors at 11pm; people slamming doors and then not exactly quiet at 6am. Less of an issue as we also needed to be up early, but very frustrating, nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming Pleased I’d only booked one night. Do not recommend. Very disappointed "

"We were so excited to return to Bali after many years and choose The Stones Hotel again. It did not disappoint, amazing location, service and staff. "My husband and I loved our room. It was clean and reasonably sized. The shower was very large and fully enclosed hence no water all over the floor when you’ve finished, which is usually the case in a lot of Bali hotels! So nice to step out onto a dry floor! The breakfast was yummy, lots of choice and fresh, well presented food! Staff were so polite and friendly and very accommodating! Air conditioning worked well! "I booked this hotel based on the photos and strong ratings, so I came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match what was advertised. The property is much smaller than it appears online, and the room felt very tight—hard to move around comfortably. I booked a “pool access” room expecting the pool to be directly outside, but it was actually just a ground-floor room with a short walk to the pool. That distinction should be made clearer. "Room was spacious and really clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choices and all fresh and well prepared. Travelled with small children and they were happy and felt safe. Staff were marvellous with them. Thankyou for a great holiday!"

"This is the place to stay. It’s not the cheapest but for what you get, the price is incredible. The staff are beyond amazing. No request is too big, they are always happy to help with a smile. Sure, the pool bar stools have seen better days and they could use a new billiards table. But the experience as a whole more than makes up for it.
