Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condo and all shared amenities in Laketown Wharf, including the swimming pools, jacuzzi, and parking facilities (paid). A building access card will be provided for your convenience.

Important details to note:
1. For security purposes, Laketown Wharf requires guests to register for up to two parking passes and six wristbands. There is an additional fee of approximately $90 payable directly to Laketown Wharf, separate from Vrbo booking, it will be an additional cost.

2. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old to comply with HOA regulations.



3. Guests under 21 years old will be charged the full reservation amount. Any property damage will incur applicable fees.
Any property damage must be fully paid for by the guest.

4. Wristbands will be provided to guests. Please ensure they are returned at checkout. A charge of $25 will apply for any unreturned wristbands.

Ok stay

The Condo was nice but the check in process was not the elevators are a mess we waited a hour just to take the cart back up on the 2nd floor . If you have a lot of items just be prepared to hold them by hand to your floor we stayed on the 10th floor because taken the elevator up and down is HORRIBLE!!! We literally spent most of the time waiting on the elevator’s I have stayed many places an Panama but Lakerown was the word with the elevator’s
