Whether you're enjoying quality time in the house or watching the sunrise from the patio, every moment is infused with the tranquility of beachfront living. This property boasts 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms ensuring ample space for family & friends. The kitchen is a chef's delight. The living areas are designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with large windows framing the picturesque views. Step outside to your private balcony to savor the salty breeze & the sound of the waves. The property provides direct access to the sandy shores, making it a haven for beach enthusiasts. Conveniently located near Pineapple Willy's, Sharkys, Harpoon Harry's, Adventures at the Sea, WonderWorks, & Ripley's Believe it or Not! This home offers the perfect blend of serenity & accessibility.

The Space:
-Maximum Occupancy: 8 Max counting children of all ages.
-3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

-Master bedroom: King Bed
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed
-Bedroom 3: 2 twin/twin bunks (for children only)
-Bathroom 1: Walk in shower.
-Bathroom 2: Walk in shower.
-Bathroom 3: Tub w/ shower combo.
- Back patio seconds from the sand.
- Charcoal grill (must be cleaned after each use)

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is received within 48 hours of the time of booking the guest forfeits the reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.
Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 8 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Needing more space? Well, here's an added bonus we also manage 2 two-bedroom units right next door @ Sunseeker Condos. Those units can accommodate up to 6 people in each. Yes! This property has a 4-car maximum. Only 4 vehicles will be allowed to park in the driveway at any given time. We respectfully ask that you do not park on the street. You will be towed.

We require all guests when they arrive to put the parking pass/passes provided in the unit inside their vehicle. Parking passes are a $0 charge to the guest unless they are missing during the checkout inspection. Guests are required to leave the passes inside the unit before checkout or the guest will be charged $10.00 for each parking pass.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins during prime season. Off season notify our office to see if arrangements can be made. We promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the house is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

This property provides a charcoal grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.

Perfect location right on the beach. Loved the primary suite. Having 3 bathrooms was great. If we make it back to PCB, would rent again.

We had a child playing in the World Series so we made a extended family vacation out of the trip. The location and access to the beach was phenomenal. We were able to back the vehicle up to the front door and unload. Which made things so much easier. In years past we had always stayed in a condo, so the idea of no elevator was a plus. There were a few downsides. The house is very small and I don’t mean in square footage. My husband is 6’3” and he had to duck to get through most doorways. In many areas of the house I could touch the ceiling and I’m 5’3”. There also wasn’t any outdoor lighting on the back porch. There is a string of outdoor Christmas lights hanging up, but most of the bulbs were blown. The kitchen was small and was difficult to maneuver in. It was very well stocked with all the essentials needed. The cleanliness was acceptable. Overall we had a very enjoyable time.
