Home Details: Welcome to "Coastal Grace," located in Watersound's newest sought after community, Prominence South off 30A! Coastal Grace is situated in 30A's newest beach town, just steps away from The Big Chill (formerly known as The HUB). Coastal Grace is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience for the perfect family getaway. Upon entering the cottage, you will be welcomed into a well-stocked, open kitchen. The kitchen breakfast bar seats 3 while the dining area, just off of the kitchen seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen and dining room open up to the living room that features a large flat screen television with enough seating for the whole family to enjoy (one of the couches does pull out into a bed). Start your day with your morning coffee or happy hour on the outdoor patio located right off of the living and dining room.

Main Floor: Fully stocked kitchen, Dining area with 6 seats, breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, Laundry Room, and Hallway half bath. Additional sleeping space if needed in Living Room with pull-out sofa
Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Built in Twin Bunk beds, Built in Twin trundle bunks (sleeps up to 5), Flat screen TV

**Coastal Grace comes with a 6-seater golf cart. 2 Waivers must be signed and a $750 refundable security deposit paid to use the cart. If the golf cart becomes unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion.** You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart

Perfect place to stay for a girl’s trip! The location was amazing and in a fun area. The golf cart was so fun and great for going to Seaside. You can drive it anywhere along 30A, but cannot park it in Alys or Rosemary so that is something to consider. The home was perfectly clean and the beds were SO comfortable!

The neighborhood is amazing, and the place is beautifully decorated. I loved all the coastal decorations and the well-stocked kitchen. My only dislikes were the floors were REALLY dirty (barefoot feet turned black), the sofa cover that is white is really dirty, and when I stripped the bedding on departure, the mattress covers have huge brown stains. There are flying fruit flies in the kitchen and spiders throughout. The place needs a deep clean of all floors and the sofa cover and mattress pads washed. It is too bad it has not been maintained because it is a beautiful town home! For what was charged for cleaning and service charge (approx $900) the place should have been immaculate.

We really enjoyed this rental and being within walking distance to the Big Chill. The home was very clean, very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The golf cart was super convenient and the home had plenty of chairs and toys for the beach.

The home had everything we needed for a few days. Well decorated and walking distance to the Big Chill ( formally The Hub). We used the golf cart for getting to the beach. Would stay here again. :)

We loved this house mainly because it was a very nice house and clean. It has easy access to the restaurants, shops & entertainment of The Big Chill (formerly The Hub). It has a pretty well stocked kitchen, however a few nonstick cooking skillets would be nice. Having a golf cart was an added bonus. The bathrooms were well stocked w/ plenty of extra towels and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind driving to the closest beach access. It would have been easier to do this if Deer Lake State Park was open, its was closed for improvements until August 2022. The pools were nice but over crowded and not very cool. The hot sun warmed the pool so much it would have been more refreshing if it were cooler. Overall we enjoyed our stay @ this house. It was a beautiful house!

Beautiful beach cottage- brand new! Great location- lots of cute shops and restaurants and only a 7 min drive to Rosemary and Alys beach!
