Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short‑form rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. State and county rules also require an accurate list of all occupants (names and ages) for the stay.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit‑card hold will be placed two days before check‑in and released within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported.
