The Space:

After a full day of magic, you return to a spacious townhouse where everyone can unwind on separate balconies or gather around the patio grill. The gated community’s quiet streets and nearby conservation area give a calm backdrop to the excitement just minutes away.
Sleeping arrangements
Two master bedrooms each feature a queen bed; the downstairs master has its own entry for added privacy, while the upstairs suite opens onto a private balcony. Three additional bedrooms are decorated with Disney‑style touches and are equipped with twin beds, providing comfortable space for younger guests. In total the home offers five beds that comfortably sleep up to eight guests, and three full bathrooms keep mornings flowing smoothly.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you need for quick breakfasts or relaxed family dinners. A dining table seats the whole group, making it easy to share stories of the day’s rides before settling in for the night.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio or the upstairs balcony to enjoy fresh air, or fire up the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. The community’s shared pool and hot tub invite you to splash and soak, while the gym, sauna, arcade, cyber cafe, sport courts, and playgrounds add variety for every age group.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the street in front of the property, there's a fee of $20.00 per vehicle coming to the property, this fee is for the car pass emission + resort fee.
The Neighborhood:
Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
