"We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading...

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Orange County Resort Alanya, but I would rate it around 4.5/5 rather than a true five-star resort. The entertainment was by far the highlight. The evening performances were excellent, and some were genuinely better than acts we have seen on Britain’s Got Talent! There were plenty of activities throughout the day, making the resort lively and very good for families. The sea was clean and immediately beside the hotel, and we loved the pier, particularly the beds...
