Nuestro condominio está perfectamente situado en el piso 23 con vista directa a las piscinas, el río lento y
hermoso oceano Usted puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o a través de la
ventanas de piso a techo en la unidad con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados. La unidad es muy espaciosa y recién
amueblado. También administramos las unidades 3br y 4 br de al lado si necesita más espacio.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con tamaño completo
electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, placa de cocina de azulejos, barra de bar con enfriador de vino, pared de 65 "
HDTV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y un HDTV de pantalla plana de 55 "en el master, así como un 50" y
Televisor de alta definici��n de 42 "en las habitaciones 2 y 3, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Toda cocina

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and spacious. The view was amazing. The property manager was responsive via email with my two follow up questions. We would not hesitate to recommend or stay again ourselves.

Great looking place. We had a good time. The only complaint I would say is that the floors had been swept when we arrived. No sand. However, they were filthy. I would say they haven’t been mopped in weeks. Walking barefoot was not an option unless you wanted black feet. Thank you for having us.

Started out rough with a fishy small in fridge/freezer and front of condo and broken garbage disposal, but had a great week. Beds and pillows are serviceable at best. As with just about all rentals unit is lacking large pans to accommodate large groups. Elevators or lack thereof weren’t as bad as I expected. Lazy River, pool, and water slide were great. Great beach. Owners were super responsive. Emailed about the garbage disposal and it was changed out before lunch while we were at pool. Definitely would stay here again

The location was amazing, the building is right on the beach, and the view was to die for! However, the elevators are not capable of handling all of the traffic. We waited up to 30 minutes for an elevator at times! The pools were very nice, however, they are tucked up against the building. We enjoyed spending time at the beach, but you need to go early to find a spot! Also, Wi-Fi service and cell service are non-existent. As for our condo, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the unit overall. After walking bare foot for the first evening in the condo, our feet were disgusting and black from all the dirt. The floor was the worst part, there was sand and hair everywhere. There were cheerios on the floor by the couch (we did not have cheerios), and balls of dust and hair were gathered under furniture. The bathrooms showed visible mold including mold on the lights, shower curtains and tile in the master bathroom shower. The walk-up wet bar was also not cleaned. The shot glasses and shelves were sticky and dusty. The oven and kitchen appliances looked as though they had not been cleaned in several months. The furniture in the living room was worn and in need of repair including the rug on the floor with torn threads that could create a hazard for someone to trip and fall. Other items in the unit in need of maintenance included one bar stool that was falling apart and had to be set to the side so our children didn’t fall, the door stop at the main entrance was broken to the point where it would not stay up to allow the door to close so we had to tape it to the door for it to close. Additionally, the balcony was clearly not cleaned as there were food particles on the rug when we arrived. The balcony furniture was also rusting and many of the chairs had legs that were rusted through. For as much as we paid, I expected better conditions. Location was the only thing this unit had going for it.

The location was great- lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The parking deck goes up to the 8th floor, which is nice. There was always one of 4 elevators not working, sadly, so elevator trips could be lengthy. I highly recommend bringing your own tube for the lazy River as they don't provide many down at the pool. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen. The standalone bathroom fan was REALLY loud. Like a jet taking off. The cleanliness was the only bad thing. There were 2 drinks still in the condo when we checked in. One was a water bottle that was behind a closet door and the other was a solo cup filled with something on the patio. You could tell it was a quick cleaning job. We usually bring our own cleaning supplies to wipe down when we get there so that wasn't an issue. We loved having the extra bathroom so more people could get ready for dinner at once. There were plenty of bath towels and extra blankets for the beds if needed. Best burger we have ever had was at Cove Bar & Grill. Doc's wasn't bad. Arcade was great for the kids on a rainy day. HIGHLY recommend going to Lartigue's for freah seafood. They'll even steam everything up right there for you. Overall it was a great trip!

The condo was pretty well furnished, but it needs a new skillet to cook eggs and bacon in. Everything sticks in the one in the condo. Also there were not enough towels. We had to wash after every bath. Only had 1 per person

We absolutely loved this property. 6-7 adults fit nicely. The rooms were all wonderfully decorated and clean Master has double showers heads and jet tub. Everything went just as the instructions said. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. You have definitely won another week or two from our family. Sincerely West Family 5.7.21

Our family loved every moment of our vacation in Orange Beach! This unit was stunning! Lots of amenities on property and a fantastic location. The kitchen and closets were well stocked with necessities. Check In and parking was also a breeze. We highly recommend!

This condo is well set-up and a great place to stay. Has everything you’ll need to enjoy your time in Orange Beach. Beach access is good and nearby shops and stores compliment the property well. Main complaint is their internet/WiFi is very slow and drops in and out at times.

Phoenix West is a beautiful property managed by professional staff. They do NOT have enough elevators for the size building that they are and the WIFI is, at best spotty. The unit (2303) is well cared for, stocked with most everything you need - bring your own towels (beach), soap, and WiFi hotspot. The view is fantastic, we watching Hurricane Sally churn in the Gulf for 36 hours before evacuation. I would stay there again and I’m the unit again even with the short comings. The comfort of the unit, professionalism of the staff and location make the difference to me.

The condo was excellent for our Girl’s trip. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. The outdoor cushions and the dining room chair cushions both need replacing. The WiFi service was horrible and cell service is not good inside the condo. I had planned to work some during my stay, but due to the poor WiFi that was impossible. If you can completely unplug, the condo is great.
