"We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assist us. The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. "

"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

"Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару "

"It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. "1.They do not have a hair dryer and electric kettle. At hotel reservation app, they posted they have those. 2.Restroom and shower in the room is small. If the guests are large, they can be stuck between shower and toilet bowl. 3.Restroom and shower is clean but beddings are so-so. 4.Furnitures are broken and very uncomfortable. I do not know why they put them there. 5.There's no air-conditioner in the room and in the shower/toilet. You might have to open the toilet door to make it dry."

"For the most part, the hotel was fine. It definitely needs an update. The 4th floor where I was on, was pitch black with no window opening. There was a window, but nothing to look out on, but a brick wall. When i turned the faucet on the first day, It splurged brown mud water. But after awhile of letting it run, it cleared off. I'm thinking the room was not in use for awhile. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. But the staff is friendly and it was convenient and afordable. I would...

"Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. "Park Dedeman is a great hotel to stay for business and vacation. Location is not exactly the best, but very affordable price to stay balances all that. I reserved two rooms, but one had problems with electricity. One of the female staff (It pains me that I forgot her name... I should've written it down somewhere) assisted us to switch rooms without zero hassle and friction. There's also a spa and gym you can use. Just a few steps outside, there is a mall, cafes and a few restaurant chains you...

"Very convenient hotel close to the airport, perfect for layovers. The room was clean, comfortable and good amenities. Staff at the reception were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a dining hall where I had a very good and juicy ribeye. Not sure about the area around, but overall highly recommended for those in transit"
