"Staff were friendly. However, the building turned the ac off for the entire hotel following complaints from a few guests of being cold one day due to the weather. When asked about this, they said they can't turn on ac in select rooms, and instead gave us a fan for our room. Additionally housekeeping only came the first day of our 5 day stay. "

The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom (I loved the Hunter bathroom supplies).The staff on departure were friendly and helpful. Checkin was efficient and hassle free.
