"I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. "This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!"

"We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

"We had a wonderful five night stay at this property. Cheryl was prompt to answer any questions before arrival and during our time there. The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. I loved how this house came with everything needed for a beach day including: wagon, chairs, towel, umbrella and a cooler. Would recommend for a couples getaway."

"The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. "

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
