  • Designed with a relaxed, one-bedroom, one-bathroom private cottage, adjoining the rear of an 1890 Victorian home in North Hill, Shore Break Cottage features living space, comfortable furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

    Shore Break Cottage—is in the heart of historic North Hill Pensacola. Just minutes from Downtown, Pensacola Beach, Palafox Street, Blue Wahoos Stadium, and the National Naval Aviation Museum, you'll enjoy the ideal mix of convenience, comfort, and Gulf Coast charm. There is NO central HVAC, but two window units completely cool/heat the space. Also, NO washer/dryer at this location, however, there are several laundromats in the area. Outa Sight Pest treats the cottage on a quarterly basis, sorry Florida has bugs – we try to get em’ before they get inside.

Super cute and fun cabin for a cozy beach girls trip! the owner was super communicative and answered all of our extra questions! it also seems like a place that would be family friendly for a small family.

Definitely is a good value bang for your buck place. If your expectations are not Five star this will certainly meet your needs. On a main street but noise is actually minimal. Very quick drive to the downtown and museums area. And if you get the chance to walk the immediate surrounding neighborhood…great, historic houses one after another.

Great location. Mostly modern with a touch of vintage life. Very comfortable. Love the outdoor area. But don't forget to duck in the kitchen.

It’s a great little spot to stay if you’re not wanting to pay for beachfront. The owner is great and the location is really convenient with a lot of cool restaurants nearby. I’ll 100% stay here again.

We had a great time! The area was nice and we were within walking distance of a bunch of neat restaurants. Plus it was only about 20 minutes from the beach! You can’t beat it for the price!

Shore Break was very convenient to everything. It had everything I needed for my 10-day stay. Host was easy to communicate with & was very helpful. Free parking at the door. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in walking the area. I recommend this vrbo for 1-3 people.

For a mini vacation this rental was good. Couch is very uncomfortable and the tv did not allow for many channel access. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beach trip 2023

This was our first time staying in this apartment and we loved it. The room had lots of space and the bed was super comfy. Lots of closet space also. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great for the price. Had all the things from home to make you feel comfortable. Absolutely have no complaints! Was just as the listing. Will definitely stay again when in rhe area!

Couldn't reach host by phone upon arrival. neighbor was in the parking lot and said host was out of town. However, we were able to get into the apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great option instead of a hotel. Clean, quiet, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Convenient location with the necessary amenities

Very convenient to downtown and not far from the beaches, though Pensacola is pretty compact. Property was clean with all the necessary amenities. There is a small outdoor seating area that’s fine for a glass of wine after dinner, but I would’t plan on grilling or having dinner out there.

I've stayed in many rentals, good and bad. The rental although small was well kept, clean, and located in a walkable area... perfect . I was very impressed with the amenities. There was no need for me to bring all that I did, hair dryer, coffee, wine, soap, etc., because it was all there to include beach toys. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers were comfortable and taken care of. GOOD JOB!

Great location!

The location is great and communication with the property manager was exceptional. The furniture in the living area was different than pictured on the website, but it was okay. Being from Pensacola, we were only their to sleep and shower. Location, Location, Location.

Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and great property!

This is the perfect property for single or two guests. Good decor and super convenient to everything! Easy to get Ubers immediately and only 15-20 minutes from the beach. A bottle of moscato and wine glasses waiting upon arrival was a nice touch! Loved this one! I will be back!

Someone in our place

We arrived after a 12 hr dr the key was missing out of the lock box the maintenance men had an extra key when they opened the doors someone’s things were in there so they wouldn’t let us in had no idea whose things were in there they said we could stay upstairs for 2 days but then would of had to move again why they figured it out still wasn’t guaranteed we would get in it then not to mention the missing key. No thanks got a refund and stayed in a motel.
