*There is NO Washer/Dryer in this home* Located in the Historic North Hill District of Downtown Pensacola in a century-old Victorian home, “Shore Break” is full of charm. From our original hardwood flooring to the bright green bathroom, this space is cute and quaint, great for a getaway. Just minutes from Downtown Pensacola and walking distance to the bustling Palafox Street, you will have plenty to explore! This spot allows easy access to I-110, Pensacola Beach and Naval Air Station. Providing you with a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, linens, and beach supplies, you’ll likely have everything you need for your vacation in this little apartment! Be sure to check the Pensacola event calendar - we are known as the “Festival City of the South” and there is always something going on.

This stunning cottage is steps from the very best Pensacola has to offer. We are located within the downtown Historical area. The cottage is at the back of a Victorian home located on a busy, Pensacola street. There is potential for traffic noise. Great antique stores, wine bars, beer brew pubs, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short walk away. Within a 20 minute walk straight down Palafox to the water (Bay) and marina. Stroll the area, or catch Uber to downtown! Welcome to your home away from home.

It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond. My real estate company is located in Suite A, with people there during office hours. Sometimes I am actually staying in Ste A to the front of the big home. Drop by if you need anything.

Couldn't reach host by phone upon arrival. neighbor was in the parking lot and said host was out of town. However, we were able to get into the apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed in many rentals, good and bad. The rental although small was well kept, clean, and located in a walkable area... perfect . I was very impressed with the amenities. There was no need for me to bring all that I did, hair dryer, coffee, wine, soap, etc., because it was all there to include beach toys. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers were comfortable and taken care of. GOOD JOB!

Convenient location with the necessary amenities

Very convenient to downtown and not far from the beaches, though Pensacola is pretty compact. Property was clean with all the necessary amenities. There is a small outdoor seating area that’s fine for a glass of wine after dinner, but I would’t plan on grilling or having dinner out there.

Good for the money!

Window units took a day to sufficiently cool the apartment. No dishwasher, so renters are required to wash dishes by hand. No washer or dryer. Needs updating. Futon was too uncomfortable to sit on. Bathroom had ancient sink, toilet, and shower/tub. All said the bed was amazing. The unit was clean. And the price was terrific. I would most likely rent it again. I wouldn’t recommend this rental for more occupants than a couple.

Our stay was ok but after we left i discovered i had left the floor mat to my back hatch in a closet. I called right away and was told they had it in their office and would check on prices to return to me. I was more than willing to pay whatever to have it returned. Since then (March), i have left text, email and calls but have bern ghosted. Not a reply to any of my attempts to reach out. This is very disappointing since it is a business. For this reason i cannot give a good review.

Someone in our place

We arrived after a 12 hr dr the key was missing out of the lock box the maintenance men had an extra key when they opened the doors someone’s things were in there so they wouldn’t let us in had no idea whose things were in there they said we could stay upstairs for 2 days but then would of had to move again why they figured it out still wasn’t guaranteed we would get in it then not to mention the missing key. No thanks got a refund and stayed in a motel.

Perfect location and great property!

This is the perfect property for single or two guests. Good decor and super convenient to everything! Easy to get Ubers immediately and only 15-20 minutes from the beach. A bottle of moscato and wine glasses waiting upon arrival was a nice touch! Loved this one! I will be back!

This was our first time staying in this apartment and we loved it. The room had lots of space and the bed was super comfy. Lots of closet space also. We will definitely stay here again!

Okay stay!

The place was okay but in my opinion needs a couple of things. First when we arrived there was no A/C on, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but with the unit only having window units it took awhile to cool off, we had to go somewhere until it became cooler. Secondly, the furniture is different than pictured in the living room, I would be okay with this if the furniture was updated and comfy. This is not the place you want to stay if you plan on spending a little bit of time in the property. The futon/couch (not pictured) was very uncomfortable and not enjoyable to sit on. The bed was very comfy though! I would also recommend a full length mirror to make it easier to get ready.

Shore Break property

Plenty of hot water and towels. The picture of the blue house advertised is not exactly where you stay. There is a room behind the house where you will be staying. The door does not close right in the frame and the doorknob latch bolt does not engage the striker so the doorknob does not hold the door closed creating a serious security issue. There are electric fans but they are covered with lint and dirt. The refrigerator runs nearly constantly and is very loud. One night, hundreds (literally hundreds) of termites came out of the woodwork. I reported it and the next day technicians were sent out to spray. Dead termites continued to drop on the blankets, pillows, floor, coffee cups, etc. Not only would I never come here again, I would never use Vrbo again. There are plenty of other places to stay.

The location is great and communication with the property manager was exceptional. The furniture in the living area was different than pictured on the website, but it was okay. Being from Pensacola, we were only their to sleep and shower. Location, Location, Location.

Silence in the city

This is a super cute, quiet location close to everything! I loved the welcome book with some history of the cottage—so cool! We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The bed was very comfortable as well! Highly recommend!

Very Quaint

The place is quaint and ideal! It was just as described. They were very accommodating. Beach and restaurants are all within a short driving distance.
