"Great location on the beach, it is in a quieter area so really lovely beach access. The Sans Souci is an older property and this unit is very well maintained. There is rental chairs and umbrellas available at the building but the unit also had plenty of chairs. We were quite comfortable and would stay again. Just a couple things to note:- The listing does include a travel crib, but we could not find one. - It also listed a 1 cup coffee maker, it's actually a 10 cup, likely typo but I bought K...

"Very comfy, great location, private pool and garage a plus. Needs some minor improvements. We prefer to cook and skillets could be replaced. Grill used lots of charcoal due to couldn't close it off. Shower curtain only had like 3 hooks. Little things. We are old so steps were an issue but was a great place to hang with our adult children. Great communication with host."

"This house was a great location yet quiet and relaxing. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach at Perdido State Park Beach- breathtaking, an easy walk, and just the type low key beach experience we were looking for. Close to all the great seafood restaurants like The Salty Pearl, The Point, Fisherman’s Wharf. The beach in fall is a must."
