"This is an older property but very well maintained. There’s a slight “older wood” smell, not dirty or musty. The location was perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime. The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were so useful, and our unit was right next to the large pool (there are two). "We had a good time at this property. It was clean and the property manager communicated very well to make sure we didn’t need anything. It was dog friendly. It was a very short walk to a nice beach and had a little market down the street for coffee, breakfast taco’s, sandwiches, etc. This place could sleep a ton of people. I would stay here again."

"The house was absolutely charming. Lots of space and pretty roomy. The property manager Bill was really nice and on top of any concerns. Great communication. The house has a pretty easy and quick beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. "The property is gorgeous and well maintained, short walk to the beach, roughly 2 miles east of the pier yet still gets heavily overflown by The Blue Angels and Fat Albert. Had a B-1 Lancer pass right over the condo at maybe 300' AGL while I was on the balcony! Time of my life! I would definitely stay there again! "

"Love the location of this place! Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. One thing to keep in mind is this house is definitely not new, it is nearing almost 100 years old so will have some of those old house quirks. Well stocked kitchen! Would stay again! "
