Private Pool! 6/5 bedroom 3/2 baths Sleeps up to 19


This house has awesome views and is super close to the Gulf! 5 bedrooms in the BASE RATE that has 1 King suite, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunk beds, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunkbeds and a twin over twin bunkbed with a trundle, and a pull out couch with a queen mattress. DOWNSTAIRS AND AN EXTRA COST, is 1 Queen bedroom and requires outside entry and is very private but does have its own dedicated full bath (see pictures). Again, the downstairs apartment DOES INCUR AN EXTRA CHARGE so heads up on that. Its $250 per night extra plus tax and $375 per night for 4th of July weekend and blue angels weekend. However, I do not rent the downstairs space out to different groups while you are there(if you don't buy it), so the property will be completely private. Upstairs sleeps 17 (5 bedrooms). Downstairs sleeps 2 (1 bedroom). Total of 19 WHEN THE DOWNSTAIRS IS PURCHASED. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and tile counters in the bathrooms with wine fridge, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with all flatware, plates, cups, glasses, cookware, utensils, and appliances to cook any meal of your choice for your family and guests. All bed linens and bath towels furnished (not beach towels) so no need to bring yours. Washer and Dryer furnished. Has all electronic amenities including wifi and flat panel TVs, hi def stereo and Blue-ray. Ample parking and large back fenced in courtyard that is very private. Literally steps away from the beach and a perfect location for your family! Pool is 12X25 feet long. FOR NON-FAMILIES, ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER IN ADVANCE. Special events and high risk groups such as weddings, or college groups are allowed at owners discretion and $1000 in addition to the quoted rate. Any college group that I approve must pay with a certified check and if these groups book via instant booking, your money may be returned and reservation cancelled. Also, events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, or similar gatherings must be approved in advance and carry an event charge. This house is about 30 years old but kept in good condition, just not brand new. If you require a "new" house, this isn't it . No shaded space outdoors to watch the kids swim and plants with stickers were covering the outdoor areas. Kids were in hysterics getting stuck constantly. All the rooms are off the living space which made it hard for the adults to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.

Would not recommend. It’s listed as old - and we don’t mind old, quaint and cared-for. This place was janky - unkempt. The owner doesn’t check on the conditions of the place - we walked into a house with dusty surfaces, crawfish tails under the cushions, and the laundry door coming off hinges, which was dangerous.When we arrived, we had to do housekeeping - vacuum the sandy living space, empty the dishwasher from the previous stay, and go to the store multiple times because there were no bathroom amenities. The hand soap was empty. The owner says he is a "traveling owner" which means he doesn’t check if housekeeping has cleaned sufficiently or provided enough linens - we didn’t have enough linens for all the beds. We were given lumpy, stained pillows.He didn’t communicate how bare the place is - if we had known there were no basic supplies, we would have gotten them. Actually, we might not have booked this place.We used the place for a family reunion. Considering the cost of a week’s stay, you think he could put hand soap and extra toilet paper in the bathroom. When we requested additional basics, he told us to go to the store. The location was fine - because we are one block from the beach, but the experience was subpar. If you want to have a comfortable vacation, don’t book this place - you’ll have to work to make yourself comfortable.

3 Families

There were 3 families that stayed at the house for a week while in town for dance nationals. There were 6 adults and 7 kids, ranging from 11-16 y.o. The house gave us plenty of room so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Overall we really enjoyed the property.Pros:Great location to the beach.Outdoor shower is a plus.Lots of indoor space.Extra bath towels for a group.The pool was warm and clean.Grill worked great.Made smores on the fire pit (See below about yard)Owner was quick to respond with questions.The location to the beach is great! It's a straight shot to the beach only a block and a half away.Cons:Be prepared to bring everything you might need for the week. Pots and pans are extremely limited. There was only 1 extra trash bag left and 1 roll of toilet paper. No paper towels; no condiments (including salt/pepper); no coffee filters. We had to purchase all the extras.The pool itself is great but the yard surrounding it is not. It is an unkept sand lot with a lot of sand spurs. Make sure you wear shoes and check your towels.The master bedroom has uncovered windows which can make it really bright in the morning.There are only 2 bathrooms upstairs; one is inside the master bedroom so we had to leave the door open to our bedroom so others in the house could use our bathroom.Keep in mind this is an older house with just the basics. If you're looking for space, and not fanciness, then this is your place!

Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. Peaceful location and easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to contacting Dan again in the future for another stay.

Fabulous location

We had a house full of family that had a wonderful time. The house is very reasonable considering how many people can stay and its close proximity to the beach. We had 19 people from ages 1-79, and the air conditioner and hot water tank kept up with us. Having the pool, the back deck, and the downstairs bedroom allowed us to spread out. We were disappointed at first because the picnic tables pictured on the back deck were gone because we planned to use them with such a large group. The host was quick to respond and had new picnic tables delivered which we enjoyed. We had two easy access points to the beach which was never crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was not clean!

We stayed for the weekend, the day we arrived we realized the air was not working. We had no AC until 12pm the next day. The condo was dirty, there was rat poop in the cabinets and dust everywhere. The bathtub in the side of the house wouldn't drain. Was not worth the price we paid!

Good location for what we wanted. Some of the linens looked old and could have been fresher, but other than that we all had a good stay. The house is older and not much insulation in the walls. We had babies in the house so be ready to hear through the walls into the other rooms.

Family trip

This is a steal for the price! We spent a week here, and it definitely had everything we needed. There were a few things I had questioned and the host was amazing at responding and fixing any issues( the kids didn’t rinse off before getting in the pool so it became cloudy) he was very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed for our trip! The only thing that I could possibly say and it would be more of a suggestion than anything, maybe hang some string lights outside while you are getting the lights fixed. That way guests could utilize the outside at night more! Again that’s just a suggestion! Our stay was amazing!

Owner of property was beyond excellent in communication and really helpful in our larger groups needs. The home is in a perfect location a 3 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful backyard pool. We will definitely be back.

Beach Week

We had a very nice time with family. The water was great. The house leaves a few things to be desired but for the price it is a very good deal. We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 14 to 20 months. We had the apartment as well as the house. It was a full house. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs but only 2 bathrooms which is a little bit inconvenient, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the week. It is an easy walk to the beach.

A spot near the beach

Well, I've wrestled with what to say, mainly because we all had varying degrees of opinions regarding this property. I initially thought I'd title this, "If you think you'll need it, bring it!" To say that it was minimally stocked is almost an understatement. Maybe we've been spoiled with other rentals, but we did expect at least a roll of toilet paper to start the week. Don't list the place to accommodate 19 (we for three days had 18) and only have room for 8 to sit and eat. Have a few dish washer tablets on hand to start the stay, and have a note saying the dishes in the cabinet won't fit in the washer...too big. Not too fun to find out after the fact! We also rented the downstairs unit...it was loud since the window unit ran constantly. The bathroom had one stool next to the sink on which to put toiletries, which was quite inconvenient. Because of the property's situation it was impossible to find shade on either small deck. There was ample shade under the back deck, next to the small pool. And to say that there are gorgeous views is seriously misleading. The view from the deck was into another's backyard...almost impossible to glimpse the ocean. Dan seemed like a nice guy when we communicated by phone and text. There was a slight problem with the wifi code, but that was finally resolved. As I said, this isn't our first VRBO, and maybe this is a better rental for a group of college guys looking for a pad to crash for a few days, but for a larg family, it lacks too much.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful week for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded like a big Condo site would be. The pool was an enjoyable change of pace too. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. This was our first visit to Pensacola and we will definitely be back!

Beach life ❤️

A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! We went with 10 adults and 4 kids. This property had ample room, high ceilings, large kitchen and always hot water for showers and laundry. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing. The communication with the property host was unbelievably responsive when I had questions. I know we will be back!
