3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath provides your party with all the amenities their hearts could desire. Described as the perfect beach house, this gem sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chair with a fold out twin. The master bath has dual sinks and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed also. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Nestled between these two bedrooms is the second full bath with two sinks. The half bath is downstairs. There is a huge deck off the master bedroom which offers a bar with stools and a table with four chairs. The deck is also equipped with a propane fire pit with chairs to view the blue waters of the gulf. A private beach access is right out your back door and within a few steps, you are on the beach. This particular beach is one of the best places to surf in Pensacola or just relax. The beach house also offers a one car garage and ample parking for guests. Wireless internet and Direct TV are provided with an array of premium channels for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are waiting to keep the beach towels clean and dry. Everything needed for you and your friends to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.Three kayaks ,two surfboards ,two beachcruiser bikes ,and two paddle boards are there for your enjoyment.The address is 1682 calle bonita if you would like to GPS it to show exactly where it is and how close it is the the gulf.

All about beach access and vacation toys!

We stayed in this beach townhome for 5 days and it had everything we needed for a laidback beach vacay. We went out the back door and took about 60 steps down a sandy path directly to the beach. The garage is FULL of every beach toy you can imagine. We enjoyed riding the bikes from the quieter neighborhood where the house is located to the hustle & bustle near the pier. We also visited The Local, a convenient market and coffee shop located almost across the main road from the property. Both showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, mugs, glassware, utensils, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, and even a few cooking staples. The beds were comfortable. Excellent communication at check-in.

Perfect location

Location was key for us. Great communication with host. The place is fully stocked with more beach toys than you have time to use. Also, surprisingly quiet area, especially for Memorial weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Had everything needed for the beach & short walk to the Gulf. Just what we were looking for in a place for a beach vacation & dog friendly. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Quiet & cute neighborhood.

our favorite!

this is the 3rd or 4th time booking this place. you cant beat the location or the easy communication with the owner. does it need updates? yes. does every other condo we have stayed in need updates? yes. we arent coming to the beach to hang out inside! we love it! 6 of us stayed easily. has everything you need for the beach except beach towels. will be back, of course!

Family Oriented Vacay Spot

The property is a perfect location for a family beach trip! The home provided everything that is needed to comfortably enjoy a beach trip. It was a quick walk to the beach! It is pet friendly and the dog beach is conveniently down the road. Also the trash bin is very close by. The owner is very nice and professional- quick communicator. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would make another return in the future. road.

Quiet with easy beach access

The accommodations were very comfortable. Older unit but maintained well. Access to the beach was very easy. There were so many beach toys, you want for nothing! The area was very quiet but close enough to the crowds if you wanted it!

A great location!

We loved staying in this condo! The owner is communicative, and the condo is very close to the beach. It is on a quieter beach, far from public parking, There are bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, folding chairs and umbrellas available at no extra charge. The beds were comfortable too!

Perfect escape from the cold and snow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House, which offered an array of amenities to cater to our needs. David was readily available to address any questions we had. The beach was conveniently located just steps from the rental. The properties location was perfect, striking a balance between accessibility to local shops and restaurants and a tranquil beach atmosphere. We would definitely consider booking this rental property again!

This place is amazing. Second year in a row that we book this condo. Perfect access to the beach. Love the swings outside and really love the fire pit on the second floor deck. David is a fabulous host.

Fantastic experience. Well-equipped beach home with a garage full of all the beach gear you need, so you won’t drive home with a car full of sand. Comfy rooms, steps from the gorgeous beach. We left relaxed and happy!

2nd time stay

This is by far the best property with all these great amenities. We stayed somewhere else last year and it was a huge let dwn. My daughter was supposed to go with us and was looking forward to it but she suddenly left this world too soon. We did bring her ashes . She would have loved it . I showed her photos the day we book It and she was over the moon about our stay. Well she will forever be in Florida now. Thank you for allowing us to stay for yet another important time in our lives. ♡

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Haus

Das Haus war klasse ausgestattet - sowohl für den Beach als auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist etwas älter hat aber einen netten Charme. Die Lage ist top!!. Leider gab es keine Informationen wie etwas funktioniert oder wo etwas zu finden ist( lokale Infos) etc. Der Gastgeber hat uns angeboten ihn jederzeit zu kontaktieren, aber manchmal brauch man die Infos halt hier& jetzt;) Leider hat die Feuerstelle nicht funktioniert, wobei man sich leider auch nicht gern auf dem Balkon aufgehalten hat. Dieser war komplett dreckig und ungepflegt. Die Größte Problematik lag allerdings in der kompletten Sauberkeit des Hauses. Das Haus, die Böden, speziell der Teppich und die eine Couch waren sehr dreckig.

Amazing place

This place is outstanding. Everything was clean. Had everything you need and more. David was great to rent from. A beautiful place to have the pleasure of enjoying the beach. Dont give it a second thought. Was so nice to have this place to come back to. Would definitely come back again in the future. Thanks again David for allowing us to rent your place for a week.
