"The property was clean and in the perfect location for our event, but it was 3of us. The sofas are not sleeper, also there was an air mattress, but no bed linen. The property is conducive to only 1or possibly 2 people because the only bath is in the bedroom, but overall description adequate and host communication was great."

"This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side,but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this."

"Very well done rehab of an old house. Very clean, well furnished and not overly decorated. Would be an amazing spot for a football weekend with friends & family. A little further from campus than we thought and the neighborhood is ‘transitional’ and the house is right on a main road (front bedroom is loud). We would stay there again as we have at least two more years (with our daughter) at UF!"
