"Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car."

"The unit was clean and nicely furnished. I ended up not needed the second night, and the owner issued a partial refund. Very nice of him to do. The unit is centrally located in Gainesville, so you can get downtown, or to the shopping on the south end easily."

"The condo area was like you are in a public housing project. Very unsafe feeling. You could see daylight thru the door jamb and the toilet was full of mold. I have pictures for both. We had a problem with dishwasher & when someone came to check it the plug was shooting sparks & required an electrician. The out door area was very run down. Unfortunately the only pics they show are from inside. Lesson learned."

"Perfect spot for an overnight stay. We went to a Gator football game, so this was a good place to get some rest before the next days travel. Host was extremely quick to respond when contacted and was quite pleasant and helpful. "
