Whether you're in town visiting Gainesville, at the University of Florida for an event, or on a clinical rotation, this place is in a great location. Enjoy spacious living areas, Wifi, TV, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, seated outdoor patio, and access to neighborhood amenities which includes basketball court, tennis court, and pool.

Cute little house

The house was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a long weekend of softball in the area. We would stay here again.

everything was good. there were some issue with the condo gate and it was not the condos owner fault but it made the checking process difficult other than that I highly recommend it was clean and nice place to spend the night after a game.

Perfect setup, great host

Rental was exactly as described. All the amenities you need, very clean, great wifi. Host was very communicative for check in and easily reached during our visit. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay

The gated community is nice and well maintained. We had trouble getting into the community as we were never sent the gate code. Luckily we found someone to open the gate for us about 10 minutes later. We had to wait about 20 minutes to hear back from the owner. He had never given us the unit number or entry code. The unit was still being cleaned and we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could get in. Inside was attractive and the bed was very comfortable.

The property was great. Our problem was that we never heard from the host after booking and still had not heard until 50 minutes after our check-in time and I had spent 2 hours trying to get a hold of them and on the phone with Expedia and VRBO. Then, was told it was too late to cancel my reservation. This was a very special day and the lack of communication and having to spend precious limited time trying to communicate with others on the phone while in limbo resulted in a negative experience.

Awesome Stay

This was a 10 out of 10!!! The process was easy and the home was lovely. Nice and clean quiet community I definitely felt safe. Property Host communicated very well with quick response! Very affordable and location was great. I definitely recommend and the next time I come to Gainesville I’ll be booking again!!
