"Gehe immer in dieses Hotel, weil sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und vieles auch fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber immer sauber und mit diversen Hygieneartikel nachgefüllt. Bett ist sehr bequem und die typische japanischen Toiletten natürlich ein Pluspunkt :) "

"The level of service is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. There was also a self-service laundry which was really helpful. The Sky Salon services were great. We had two amazing massages. There is also a sky lounge that provides great views of the city and complementary drinks. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station."

"We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful....

"The hotel was clean, the staff extremely accommodating, and the room cleaning service they provided either automatically or on request, was immaculate. Despite our groups extremely limited Japanese, we were able to communicate with the staff with minimal effort. The rooms were on the small side, but we expected it and it wasn't a problem at all. Despite the extreme heat and humidity, the hotels air conditioning out-muscled it easily for some comfortable nights, and we're sweaty Americans....

"Really friendly staff, cleaning team extremely thorough, nice bar. Could do with more washing machines, the the wallpaper in my room was starting to come off the wall (not in a damp way, more that it’s been there a while). I have no bought that will be fixed asap."
