"We liked our clean room and comfortable bed. We did have a drink at the bar and some appetizers they were good. We enjoyed the outdoor area of the hotel, nice to have a few picnic tables so you could do your own lunch or dinner if desired. We didn’t like the idea of having to pay for the shuttle bus back to the airport. We had recently stayed at another hotel close by and they did not charge for there shuttle bus. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"If you miss the free shuttle it’s €23 for a taxi. The check in is quick and no fuss. The room was tiny but ok for the short time we were there. The shuttle bus back to airport was very good."

"Die Betten sind super bequem! Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und reibungslos. Frühstück war ok. Wenn es viel los ist, kommen die Mitarbeiter*innen nicht so ganz hinterher mit den auffüllen.. Die Lage ist super praktisch, es gibt eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle in der Nähe und das Fénix Museum, sehr empfehlenswert!"

"The Hotel was clean and in a good location. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean with sufficient amenities. The breakfast was not to our liking, better fresh fruit and bread would have been lovely. We did not eat the breakfast. One Staff member at the front desk was curt however the other one that was not serving us ended up being the one that was very informative and helpful."

"My personnel at the bar was pretty rude when we still had 10 minutes to get a drink and they wouldn’t make a cocktail for us. If the bar is technically open until a certain time, everything should be available until that time and then they should clean up. Afterwards, they kicked us out and we had to have our drink not the cocktail that we wanted in the lobby."
