"Weird hotel. Rooms feel like dorm rooms. They are not big enough for more than one person. We had a king size bed but it's jammed in between the two walls and you have to crawl over each other to get in and out. The bed base is dirty and stained. I don't think they look at the edge against the wall when cleaning but if you're in the bed you see all the dirt. There was hair in our shower and it's an extremely small space if someone else needs to use the toilet at the same time. Working...

"I absolutely loved my stay here. After long days exploring Amsterdam, it was such a delight to come back, relax and recharge. The hotel was incredibly clean, and everything felt high quality - especially impressive given the price compared to other places. Honestly, one of the best showers (and even flushing toilets!) I’ve experienced. Super easy access to the city centre via train made getting around effortless. I’d 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"Upon arrival at the airport in my itinerary, I was told there would be a free shutter. I was at the airport for two hours, even though the website say the buses run every 30 minute that was not the case so I decided to take a taxi and right as I was about to take the cab, the bus came. I had to pay the cab for whatever was on the meter but the bus driver kept rushing me even though I waited two hours for him to come and pick us up at the airport. "It was a really beautiful hotel, with lovely interior. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."

"Gut gelegenes Hotel, man ist in ein paar Minuten am Strand, die Straßenbahn- und Bus-Haltestellen sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das gesamte Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück für diese Hotelkategorie sehr gut, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Garage, d.h. das Auto steht sicherer als in den umliegenden, öffentlichen Parkhäusern. In der Eingangshalle steht ein Getränke und Snackautomat. Auf dem (großen) Fernseher im Zimmer kann über Mirror Cast gestreamt...

"Es gab leider verschiedene Informationen zum Frühstück. Der frühe Zeitslot war nicht verfügbar. Man sagte uns jedoch, dass wir trotzdem um diese Uhrzeit essen können. Dies wad dann doch nicht möglich. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man frühzeitig fahren muss, aber auch keine Erstattung für den Frühstückspreis erhält. Problemlösung Fehlanzeige. "
