With Newport Beach's popular 35th Street beach and boardwalk steps away, our corner upstairs unit is perfectly situated to accommodate folks who want to experience the best of local beach living and recreation. Besides what is already stocked and prepared for our guests, anything else needed or desired is either a walk or bike ride away. Here's what you'll find in this upper unit:

LIVING/DINING AREA:
 - Large sectional leather sofa
 - Streaming Cable TV & Wifi
 - French doors open to front balcony with ocean view
 - Dining table w/ seating for 4

KITCHEN:
- Basic supply of dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

BEDROOMS:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed; en suite bathroom, Streaming Cable TV
- Bedroom #2: 2 sets of Twin bunk beds
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed, 
- Bedroom #4: King bed

BATHROOMS:
- Hallway Bathroom: tub/shower combo
- Primary Bathroom: step-in shower

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best used for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

LINENS: 
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Balcony: dining table for 4; propane gas bbq grill; ocean view

-4 low-profile beach chairs
-ceiling fans throughout; heating
-hair dryer; iron/ironing board
-Starter supplies: liquid hand/body soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must provide additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE (LIKE MOST IN THE AREA) DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING

LAUNDRY: 
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities location in rear carport; bring quarters and your own laundry supplies. 

PARKING:
1 space provided in shared double carport, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). Carport dimensions are 83" H and double wide. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered). 

LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 35th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:

Great Location and House. Highly recommend

This was an awesome place to stay. We stayed just a couple nights and wish it was longer. Location is super close to the ocean, places to eat and a grocery store. check in/out was very easy with no issues. The place was as advertised in pictures, but actually felt it was bigger than the pictures could do it justice. Highly recommend staying at this location!

Great Location

Close to beach fun

This was a good find, very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with equipment for most cooking needs. And the beach being so close made morning walks fabulous.

Overall Nice Rental

We had a great family vacation. The house was overall nice. But it needs some serious upkeep. Dishwasher was unusable and it sprayed water everywhere, master bedroom bed frame is held together with rachet straps and the legs of the frame underneath the mattress are so bent they dont touch the floor, there is little to no water pressure in the masterbath shower and DO NOT flush the master toilet or use any hot water in the house while showering. You will get a cold blast of water. With that said, the property manger delt with issues quickly and were very friendly. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay steps from the beach.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We were very pleased with this property and had a great time. Loved how close we were to the beach and restaurant were within walking distance. The only thing I would suggest is to have some kind of window coverings in the bedrooms. We used blankets because the street light are pretty bright. Overall we had no complaints.

Great location shabby though

Beach view was great and fabulous location, but the rental was shabby, fridge barely works, patio table needed to be trashed, paint peeling inside or shelving partially painted. Couch barely usable, tv in master didn’t work and there were flies everywhere especially in downstairs unit.

Home needs love

Yes it is so cal where most times you don't need heat, but this week you did need it. And it didn't work. Management co did bring some floor heaters that did help a little. It was also awesome coming home from Disneyland to have your front door wide open. Done by owners hearing person..Location was great. House just needs love from window coverings to pots pans. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location. Old apartment

The apartment is centrally located , one block from the dang beach. That’s pretty much the only good thing I can say. The apartment is old. Anything you can think of can use an update. Kitchen, bathrooms furnitures. During our stay we had a power outage in the kitchen. Property management was quick to respond but Maintenance guys indicated that they are visiting the place frequently due to its poor condition. Electrician mentioned that the wires were corroded… We enjoyed our stay despite these issues but it was mostly due to the location.

Newport Beach 4 nights 2020

Pros: *Location was great. 1 house from the beach with water views. *Home was clean. Cons: *Due to no a/c had to have windows open all night and was very noisy.( we knew in advance there was no a/c). Also our stay was During a major holiday. *The home itself is in need of much repair and renovation. The property management did disclose before our stay that property was rated at minimum standards. *Upon arrival at property there was a strong gas smell. Management quickly fixed issue with stove same day along with broken closet door and broken screen door to rear balcony. Special thanks to Tim from maintenance with Beachview Realty. * We noticed mold in coat closet. Even with the above issues we did enjoy our stay, but next time at a different property.
