This living space has an exit leading to the patio. Additionally, there is one bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as electric heating and a fan. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the patio.
