Esta casa de vacaciones maravillosa es de primera línea del Mediterráneo, con una espectacular vista panorámica del mar, y millas de espectacular costa montañosa. Totalmente renovado por el arquitecto / propietario, este espacioso ático 3 ª planta es casi dos veces el tamaño de cualquier otro apartamento en el edificio Tuhillo (180 metros cuadrados), con 2 zonas separadas de salón (tanto mirando hacia el mar), un amplio y moderno, de calidad superior cocina completa con encimeras de granito, 4 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, una terraza delantera que da directamente a la piscina y el mar, así como una enorme (80 metros cuadrados) terraza privada en el techo. Aire acondicionado en todas partes. Toda la instalación está equipada como una casa para la familia del arquitecto, en lugar de una unidad de alquiler para vacaciones comercial. Mirando a lo largo famosa Playa Burriana de Nerja, es sólo 6 minutos a pie de la plaza principal de la ciudad. Debido a la naturaleza especial de esta instalación, los grupos de alquiler normalmente limitados a 7 personas.

Tuhillo 3L ahora regresa a VRBO después de varios años de cotización en un sitio web de alquiler diferente. Un enlace a más de 50 reseñas, la mayoria más recientes que las que se enumeran a continuación, está disponible a pedido. (VALORACIÓN MEDIA: 4,9 ESTRELLAS *****).

Es un lugar ideal para familias, amigos y parejas. La generosa configuración interior brinda a todos un montón de espacio personal. También encontrará una gran biblioteca de libros para leer en la playa o junto a la piscina. EL JARDÍN: El ático incluye acceso al jardín común de Tuhillo sobre un acantilado con vistas al mar, donde se puede disfrutar de las tumbonas, la sombra de las palmeras y un refrescante chapuzón en la piscina. En el extremo oeste del edificio, una escalera pública desciende directamente a la playa.

PUNTOS DE INTERÉS LOCALES :: Las cuevas de Nerja (el segundo sitio turístico más visitado de España) son la atracción más reconocida internacionalmente de la ciudad, pero la ubicación también satisface otros intereses. Pasear por las típicas calles y tiendas, navegar por el mercado de la calle martes o visitar las fortificaciones árabes en la cercana Almuñecar y Salobreña.

Excursiones de un día a las bonitas 'pueblos blancos' o tours de aventura en jeep por el parque nacional en la región Alpujarras son fácilmente disponibles. el famoso palacio de la Alhambra de Granada es un pintoresco 90 minutos en coche de distancia. Para los niños: Sea Life, Selwo el espectáculo de delfines y Tivoli World, todo a una distancia manejable en Benalmádena; el parque de diversiones acuáticas en Vélez Málaga, e incluso una granja de cocodrilos. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war absolut unkompliziert und freundlich. Sie hat alles perfekt für uns vorbereitet und arrangiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist live noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Nähe zum Strand und in die Stadt so minimal das mal eben Ein oder etwas essen gehen mal eben möglich ist. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Vielen Dank dafür. kaufen

Such a lovely penthouse. We could not have asked for a better place, right on the coast. Each morning, we'd wake up, go to the balcony and stand in awe at the views. The place was spotless with every amenity we could think of. The host was extremely helpful, providing tailored instructions just for our trip. My only regret is that we only booked 7 days. I wish it were 30 days. We can not wait to come back. Highly recommend you stay here.

We felt like we had won the lottery when we arrived at the apartment. The space was wonderful with every need catered for. It’s in the heart of the old town so perfectly located for trips to the beaches and the bars. We particularly enjoyed barbecues on the roof in the evening.

Our family of five had the perfect stay in Nora and Tim's extra-large condo. The views were unmatched and the location could not have been better for walking to our favorite restaurants. As with any stay, little things come up and Nora was very quick to respond and helpful throughout the trip with anything we needed.

We chose this apartment based on location as we were travelling with parents who were both 80, and worried about the hills of Nerja. It worked out perfectly being right on the waterfront with easy access to both the beaches and main town. The apartment was very spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a beach holiday. We particularly liked the balcony and roof terrace, and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful

From our first enquiry to departure, this has been a stress free booking and a most enjoyable experience. The accommodation was clean, airy, really spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Tuhillo is just the best place to stay and this apartment was the icing on the cake! Breakfast or evening night cap on the balcony or rooftop with stunning views of the sea. A quiet neighbourhood but still central to all the wonderful restaurants and local supermarkets. Nora, our host, was great to communicate with us, making sure our check-in was problem free. Thank you so much, Nora and Tim, for sharing your wonderful apartment with us. I hope we are able to return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time in Nerja at this condo. Short walk to everything one would need. Burriana beach is fantastic; enjoyed morning runs along the waterfront and evening strolls through the town. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant week in Nerja. The apartment was great, very spacious, the most stunning sea view and very well equipped. We had three generations staying and all were well catered for. The toys kept the kids well occupied between trips to the beach and pool and the kitchen/bbq facilities allowed us to cook some great food. The location is great for the beach, a short walk down the steps to the lovely fine pebble beach. The water is perfectly clear and we swam and snorkelled every day. The beach umbrellas provided were a great addition in the august sun. The pool was lovely, clean and warm. There was always loungers and plenty of shade provided by the trees if needed. The Balcon de Europa is about a 10 minute walk providing many options for shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and the hosts were very helpful.

We loved our stay because the apartment location was excellent, the view was outstanding and every bedroom had air-conditioning. Nerja itself is a lovely town with an abundance of restaurants shops and beaches. The host was excellent and answered any queries we had. I would highly recommend this apartment and Nerja.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuhillo 3L and absolutely fell in love with Nerja!! The views from the apartment are incredible, made all the more enjoyable with the ample comfortable patio furniture -- perfect for enjoying the sunrise with coffee or sunset with a gin & tonic. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Doing laundry was especially easy, given the multiple rooftop drying lines. We did not have a car and did not need one at all. Grocery stores, many many amazing restaurants and cafes, and lots of shopping are all within an easy, enjoyable, walking distance. The owners were very pleasant to work with. Check-in was seamless and easy (the owners even included a map with walking directions from the bus station since we were arriving by bus). We look forward to returning someday!!

During a family trip in May/June 2023, we stayed in Nora and Tim's apartment. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend it. In addition to being in a prime location just above Carabeillo and Burriana beaches, it is also close to Balcon de Europa and the town center with its narrow streets, beautiful shops, and excellent restaurants. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living rooms in this clean and spacious apartment. It also has a big roof terrace and a balcony with fabulous sea views. Nora and Tim are the best hosts, they answered all our questions and even arranged a taxi for us from the airport. We would love to stay with Tim and Nora again.

We were a party of seven (age range 12 to 70's), the apartment was fantastic and so spacious and It must have one of the best veiws in Nerja! It is also in my opinion perfectly placed as it is roughly the same distance to walk to either the older part of town or the main beach area, both have great restarants. Nerja has some fabulous places to eat and we always had great food. There is plenty of watersports from pedalos to para-sailing. The guys in our group went for a quad bike tour one morning and really enjoyed it. The Nerja caves are worth a visit (best to book in advance) and are just a bus ride away. Tim and Nora organised everything very efficiently and all went perfectly. Thank you so much. Jackie, Andy and family

We had a family reunion in Nerja during the easter week. As we were seven persons the size of the apartment was perfect, as everything else. The location in a calm environment close to the beach and the city center, the magnificent ocean view, the standard of the apartment, the terrasses was all even better than we expected. We are planning to return next year. I must also mention the very good cooperation we had with Tim and Nora. They supported us with all information we needed, booked our airport transfer and so on.

What can I say? This was a tremendous experience for my family. (6 of us). The views were unbelievable, the appartment stunning. It was clean, well laid out and the hosts even provided a brand new barbecue! Best location in Nerja (we have been there over 10 times). We have already booked for 2013 and cant wait.

We've been to many villas/penthouses that make promises that cause you to slump in dissapointment when you walk in. That was not the case at Tuhilo in Nerja! Our hearts soared as we ran from room to room to see how spacious,well apppointed and clean this property is. You could spend your entire stay on the balcony and still feel you've had a holiday. Stunning, simply stunning! this quaint seaside town is delightful. What you should know: #1: wear comfie shoes for hiking this hilly town; #2: long way down to this beach not bad but the trek back is difficult in the heat. Bring water but be sure to go to the all you can eat paella at Ayo Beach Restauarant ; #3: go to the little shop on the corner if you like British imported food-its' a life saver if you want to eat in; #4: go to Joye Pub Internet Cafe, up the street as it is a great meeting place to bump into people form all over the world; and last but not least do find out about having a night out in Almunecar at Barbacoa y Flamenco, for the greatest, most authentic Spanish bbq and flamenco dancing you'll ever see. We stayed in December 2009, leaving behind a very cold and bleak England. We had a perfect week in glorious warm sunshine. The apartment and facilities are excellent. The beach and town a short walk away. The most memorable thing of the whole week, was never failing to be stunned by the views over the Mediteranean sea from the apartment. Simply beautiful..We've booked ot go back again in May!

The apartment was just like the owner had promised. An amazing ocean view, just a few steps to the beach and the city of Nerja was reachable within a little walk. The weather was perfect and everyday an unbelievable sunrise. We had a wonderful time in Nerja enjoying especially the evenings at the roof. The rooms are furnished tasteful and we didn't missed anything. We had a very kindly email contact with the owners and they prepaired us perfectly. Thank you again for that. We would certainly recommend the apartment, it is a wonderful place.

This place is just perfect for lots of reasons! Here are a few....We stayed in this spacious split level penthouse for 10 nights end of Sept 09 beginning of Oct. Our group of 7 included grandparents and a toddler and it was perfect for all of us. While our toddler had his afternoon nap we could still relax in the sun on the very private roof terrace. We managed the walk up to the 3rd flr apartment, and after a few days got used to it. We left our kids buggy on the ground floor for our stay which worked out just fine. There were loads of toys and books to occupy our little fella. There is also a great library of English books and magazines, so don't bother to pack any! The bedrooms are all located away from the living areas, they stay nice and cool during hot days, and also we never found there was any noise from the street. The communal pool is very chilled out, lots of loungers to choose from, there was only ever a handful of us there. There are lots of trees too which was great to get some shade in the hotter days. The gardens and communal areas are maintained really well, the caretaker is always around, and although doesn't speak English he is really helpful. The caretakers of the apartment are also really helpful, with out-of office hours numbers, they speak good English are couldn't have been more helpful to us, we also used them to transfer to and from Malaga airport, they charged us 100euro each way for a minibus. if you don't know Nerja, you won't know how perfectly situated this apartment is. You stroll through the old part of the town passing a few good bars and restaurants, looking out at the sea, to get to the Balcon area (main sq). From here you can wander along the winding pretty streets with lots of open air eating available. There are lots of good places to eat, with very reasonable prices. People seem to eat ice cream day and night in Nerja and you'll find you are never too far from ice cream kiosk :) Tim Tory, the owner, was extremely helpful right throughout our booking, he promptly replied to our many queries. The apartment was very clean. Although the decor is lovely, its unfussy, and very comfortable, its also easy to keep clean.Things Don't hesitate to book this penthouse if you need space, want to be close to the action, and don't want a hike home from the beach. We felt it was really good value for money, you definitely get more than you pay for. We will be coming back!! (hopefully soon!)

I stayed with my husband and two teenage sons in February 08. The apartment is very nicely done, and spacious with stunning sea views. Very close to the Balcon and shopping area as well as being only about 100 yards ( or metres!) to the beach. The apartment building is nice and quiet and other residents seem to respect that too. There is plenty to do in Nerja and the surrounding area at any time of year. We love it.
