"A warm welcome with a complimentary sake tasting for New Year’s morning. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. When a tour bus arrives, with only three people per elevator including luggage, it can take quite a long time to reach your floor."

"This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back."

"A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan."

"良い滞在でした。 ※朝食は食べてないのでわかりません。 部屋は清潔です。電子レンジとポットがあり便利でした。（部屋によってはドラム式洗濯機もあるそうです）。 門前仲町駅から歩いて数分の便利な場所。駅近くには飲食店、コンビニもあって便利です。 今回は、数日に1回しかベッドメイクと部屋掃除をしないプランでした。が、新しいタオル、パジャマは外のドアノブで交換するタイプなので十分です。 加湿器機能つきの空気清浄機もありました。ただこの時期（冬場）は、もうちょっと加湿できたら..というところが希望点かな。あとテレビの位置をベッドの横の壁に付けてくれたら寝ながら見れるのに..というのも希望点です。 とはいえ、東西線で東京駅にも数駅でいけるし、大江戸線で浜松町経由で羽田空港にも行きやすいので、出張にはうってつけの場所でした。"

"We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! The only tiny thing I wish is NO little window by bunk bed because it was very cold with breeze air coming through in December... I had to wear a hoodie to...

"The rooms were really clean and the staff was very kind ! Sure, the room i had was a bit on the small side for me but it was mostly for sleeping and taking a shower. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped me a few times when J teally needed the help! Always greeting with a smile in the morning too ! And since the hotel was close to the station it was such a good place to stay too! I will for sure be coming back there once I go back to Japan !!! And oh!! The breakfast is...
