"Clean, amenities were well-stacked and the staff was superb. Monzennakacho is just outside the tourist areas but very convenient to Ginza, Nihonbashi, Asakusa, Tsukiji, etc. This was perhaps our fifth stay over the last two years and we intend to return again soon."

"A warm welcome with a complimentary sake tasting for New Year’s morning. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. When a tour bus arrives, with only three people per elevator including luggage, it can take quite a long time to reach your floor."

"The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. "A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day.
