"Nice hotel and really friendly staff. However, Expedia listing said the villa would have a pool and a 'private hot tub'. I found the pool...hard to miss! When I asked where the hot tub was, I was told that the 'private hot tub' was actually just the bath in the bathroom which came with both cold and hot tap and was just for our use! I told them that a bath in the bathroom was not the same as a private hot tub but apparently Expedia had the wrong description as there are no hot tubs at any of...

"I would not stay here again. The villa smelled musty, and there was something living in the ceiling - possibly a large lizard. There were three buildings behind the locked gate of my "villa," each with a bedroom/bathroom combo, and one with living area and kitchen with an upstairs balcony that was open to the elements - bugs, mosquitos, critters. I reserved a one bedroom with private pool. The living area and kitchen were located in another building, as mentioned above, and I did not use it....

"We a family of five had great time. Gede and his staff Putu and Kade to name a few were very helpful and generally kind people. They arranged laundry, private snorkeling trip, and taxi service for dinners out. The restaurant in hotel is nice for breakfast and lunch. The property itself is beautiful and calm.
