"The pros..location to Ithaca College, good breakfast and cleanliness. The cons...the parking lot is a big pothole,the carpets and funiture are tired and need replacing, toilets have no pressure and barely flush and there are no usb ports working to charge phones."

"Returning customer having stayed here last July. It's still very new in great condition. Everything in the room worked. Simple. Functional. Clean. Bathroom shower worked well. Water heat control is good. Water pressure is the same low pressure as other more expensive motels or hotels. It's best for those with a car. Came to Ithaca last time by bus and used Uber, which can take a long time from Springwater Inn. Will be my first choice next time I visit Cornell."

The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. Police had to be called when we were checking in to quell a dangerous situation with another guest. Breakfast was poor. We learned that the Quality Inn was...
