"Specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle upon checking in. I asked the guy at the front desk about having a shuttle for the following morning. I stated that we would need it between seven and 715. Got there at 7:03 and was informed that the shuttle had just left at seven, which I begged to differ because we were standing outside getting stuff facing the front and never even saw the shuttle so I had to call an Uber and that cost me an additional $35 that I was not expecting to pay."

Wife tried the pool for a bit, but didn't look too appealing.

"I loved everything about the hotel when I walked in, and I was greeted. He was very polite. Very nice very detailed about the service. The breakfast. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. They had coins for me to do my laundry. The whole experience was the best out of all the places I stayed on vacation."

"Overall a good stay.
- one of Our rooms was by the kids pool and they played a movie two of our 4 Nights so it was loud right outside our balcony. We heard and saw the whole movie from our bed…
- I had booked a couple months in advance for a large family and they split us up which was disappointing.
+ The staff was wonderful. Especially Andrew and Sherry (sp?) in the Point in Tyme and Richard who gave us lifts
+ The food was great.
+ The free lifts up the hill helped a lot.

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience.
Unfortunately, I could not sleep at all because of the constant train noise outside the hotel. The noise continued throughout the night, and I didn't get any sleep. A hotel should be a place where guests can rest, but that was impossible during my stay.
I spoke with the front desk about the issue, but I received no apology, no solution, and no meaningful customer service. I understand that the hotel is located downtown,...
