They have thought of all the rest and have a binder for reference. So peaceful! Perfect for our 6 person family of 3 seasoned adults and 3 young adults;). Excellent way to start out of vacation!!"

You can clearly hear upstairs activity, even toilet flushing, which defeats the purpose of a private rental.I booked this stay so I could cook, but there is no oven and no freezer (not disclosed). "Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but upon arrival we discovered it only had a portable AC unit rather than central air. During one of the hottest periods in Seattle's history, the portable unit was not sufficient to keep the home comfortable. This distinction should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking.We were also sent an extensive list of house rules and restrictions...
