Pacific Bin - Sauna / Hot Tub / Steam Room

Experience the epitome of luxury living at the Pacific Bin, a unique vacation rental situated in the lush forests of the Cascade Mountains, just an hour from Seattle. Nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, this impressive container home offers a prime location for world-class outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, biking, and rafting.

The home includes a private hot tub, forest-surrounded bedrooms, a steam shower, upper/lower deck space, private hiking trails and fire pit.

Built-in 2022 from five shipping containers, the Pacific Bin offers a spacious 1600 square feet of interior living space and over 900 square feet of exterior deck space. The attention to detail and unique design elements throughout the home are a testament to its luxurious nature.

Guests have full access to the entire home and private trails, with the only request being to remain on the designated trails to preserve the surrounding ecosystem.

I am available to respond to messages throughout the stay but am not available in person throughout the stay.

The Bin is surrounded by a quiet mountain neighborhood. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves but are all very kind if you run into them. Although the home feels secluded on the 5 acre lot you are still less than 5 minutes away from the local grocery store, riverfront parks and beautiful windy backroads. There are all kinds of activities no matter the season, local pumpkin patches, white water rafting, winter skiing (Stevens Pass - 35 minute drive), endless hiking trails and so much more.

The Bin has space for four vehicles and is easily accessible all year round. There is a free Tesla charger on site so you`re all charged up for your mountain adventures.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The fireplace inside the home is a gas fireplace and is not on during the warmer months of the year. The fireplace will be active during the winter months.
1. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.
2. Parties and Events are strictly prohibited, no more than 7 people are allowed on the premises without prior approval from owner.
3. When using the steam shower please make sure to only have steamer on while in the shower and to shut it off when finished. Ceiling fan labelled `Whole House Fan` near shower must be left on in all circumstances (it is on a motion sensor and will automatically turn on to 100% when it detects motion).
4. After using hot tub please run a `clean cycle` by pressing the `clean` button on hot tub display after use. There is a skimming net in the coat closet for removing debris from tub. Cover hot tub after use.
5. Pet`s are allowed when pet fee is paid.
6. Grey and white hot tub towels are located in upstairs bathroom closet. Please do not use solid white bath towels for hot tub use.
7. All campfires must be in the stainless steel fire pit. If the stainless steel fire has been removed that is due to local burn bans/owner discretion and no campfires are allowed at that time. The forest is highly susceptible to fire, thank you for your understanding. A $1000 fine will be charged if there are signs of fire when campfires are not allowed.
8. The indoor fireplace is seasonal. If it does not turn on when pressing the power button on remote that is due to gas being turned off for the season.
9. Garbage/recycle bins are located at the corner of the parking area. Please make sure that the lid is on when disposing of waste.
10. Quiet hours are from 10pm -7am.
11. Stay on trails while exploring the property.
12. Clean firepit/BBQ cooking surface after use.
13. When leaving for daytime adventures please make sure to lock all doors and close all windows.
14. Keep a close eye on child while on upstairs balcony.
15. No candles are allowed
16. Report any damage during the stay (I understand that mistakes happen, I just please ask that you tell me)
