Welcome to our newly remodeled private room and bathroom, the ideal retreat for those seeking a centrally located stay away from city noise. Our home is nestled on a serene street in the prestigious Bridle Trails area. For those visiting for business, you'll be pleased to know that we are near major tech giants which are within a short 3-mile radius, making it incredibly convenient for professionals. We are just a 13-mile, 25-minute drive to Seattle.

The space
Discover the comfort and convenience of our private room, situated on the bottom floor of our two-story house. Featuring a cozy queen bed and an impressive 80-inch TV with cable and access to popular streaming services, you'll have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips. Immerse yourself in your favorite shows and movies during your stay.

The newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom provide a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, we've incorporated the convenience of Alexa, allowing you to effortlessly control various aspects of your stay with just your voice.

To accommodate your belongings, the room offers a spacious closet, a designated changing area, and drawers for your convenience. Feel free to settle in and make yourself at home.

While staying with us, you're welcome to enjoy the backyard, a serene outdoor space. Please note that it is shared with the owners, who are friendly and accommodating. Whether you prefer to bask in the sun, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind amidst nature, our backyard offers a peaceful retreat.

Guest access
As our guest, you will have full and exclusive access to this modern and stylish bedroom and bathroom. Situated at the bottom corner of the house, this secluded space offers the utmost privacy. You can enter through your private entrance located on the side of the house. Simply open the gate and follow a short sidewalk to reach your room.

While staying with us, you are invited to make the most of our backyard. It's a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Please note that the backyard is shared with the owner, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

For nature enthusiasts and outdoor lovers, we have a special treat in store. Our location grants you access to the scenic equestrian trails that wind through the exclusive Bridle Trails community. Take a leisurely walk or enjoy a refreshing run along these beautiful paths, which lead you to the nearby equestrian park. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and charm of Bridle Trails Park.

Please take note that the pool and hot tub, while available for your enjoyment, are not heated by default. We offer the option to have them heated for an additional fee. The property is situated in an upscale neighborhood. The studio is spacious, clean, and quiet. It has a big area for my dogs and me to explore. Though I did not use the swimming pool, it is nice to sit by the pool and enjoy a meal. The host even gifted me a small Starbucks gift card, which was so thoughtful. It is a gem!

We came from Spokane. This was a great little place to hang our hats and get some rest between trips into the city. There were nearby conveniences and an easy little hiking trail across the street. Only suggestions would be to turn the showerhead's water pressure down, and sometimes Alexa did what she pleased. Like the radio and lights would just turn on which was jarring. But the bed was comfy and clean, that's all I really need.

The apartment is a large room with an excellent bed. There is a nice closet and bathroom. Although it is a lovely, woodsy neighborhood, the access to shopping and Interstate 405, are very easy. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The host was very accomodating. The place was exceptional. The entertainment was very fabulous. It had Netflix, Amazon, cable with surround sound. My husband really liked it. Very clean and everything you need was there. Keurig coffee machine, fridge, microwave. And the location was very nice. Definitely, we will book this place again. We had an amazing stay.

Beautiful, quiet area and a very large park nearby for walking and for horses. Very friendly upstairs owner who we asked for an iron and ironing board and he brought it downstairs right away. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed with while attending a class in Issaquah. The commute time was great, traffic was low key in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the accommodations were clean and temperate. The yard was a great place to play and the pool was lots of fun!

Daughter, dog & I were traveling looking at colleges. We needed a place that would allow us to leave our dog while we toured the campus. The studio was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the UW campus. There was a beautiful back yard that we could let our dog run around leash free, which was very nice. The host James, allowed us early check-in so we could make our campus appointment, which was extremely helpful. The unit itself was pretty simple and not very private. The unit had a wall of windows facing the backyard, unfortunately the window coverings weren’t very private or room darkening. One could see in/out very easily. Overall the room served its purpose for a place to lay our heads and allow our dog.

My husband and I were in Seattle for the Billy Joel concert and this place was such a great find! It was perfect for the 2 of us, super affordable, and incredibly comfortable. The massive TV was a movie-lover's dream, and the water pressure was absolutely amazing! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle!

We stay in many VRBOs and this was such a great unique setting that allowed us quick access everywhere but also easily walkable distance to coffee, food, trails, dog park, ... The communication was outstanding from start to finish. We felt that the owner was always willing to help with anything (just advice not anything requiring fixing) but never in our space where we felt like it was shared. It is super quiet but you can also hear the horses nearby to make it feel incredibly special. Our dog also had lots of space in the yard to hang out that made it easy for us to relax. We would definitely stay here again and would even consider renting the spot next to us that had a kitchen, although the Vietnamese restaurant was super good so it isn't necessary. For anyone that isn't familiar with the area it has been preserved as a neighborhood with several horse ranches but you are right in the mix. It's hard to describe but certainly added to the appeal.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. Although it was too cold to use the pool, it's certainly an amenity that guests could enjoy during warmer weather. The big-screen TV gave a movie house experience, with a multitude of channels to choose from. Jim was very good to communicate with and a great host. Would definitely stay again!
