Exterior Renovations in Progress! A phased exterior project is underway at the Luau building, with work actively taking place in select areas. You may notice equipment staged around the building, and there’s potential for construction noise and your balcony may be closed during your stay. ***Only golf carts registered with the Sandestin Owner Association are allowed on resort grounds. The published rate excludes a refundable $500 golf cart deposit. A signed Golf Cart Agreement is required.
